01:45 - Maintain proper sleep timings
02:30 - Put away all electronic devices at least half an hour before going to sleep.
03:04 - Create an optimal environment to sleep better
03:41 - Eat right at night. What you eat for dinner can decide how well you will sleep at night.
04:40 - Exercise during the day. Some form of exercise during the day can help you sleep well at night. However, the timing of exercise should be considered.
04:59 - Techniques to sleep fast. There are some very powerful techniques that will help you will sleep in just 30 seconds.

2.blinking eyes for 60sec
3.Shower or wash feet

Same with me, just turned myself to spirituality, I'm totally different person now.
I know how painful it is for being sleepless. I'm a person who sleeps very hard. Until later, try to take a warm shower before going to bed, make the room dark, and finally find the sound of the atmosphere to lull to sleep. Which for me is very helpful it prevented me from thinking to much and falling asleep. So I started by listening to it and remembering what kind of sound I liked. Until now, I started make clips by myself. In hopes of helping others. Let's open up and listen. I wish you a good night to wake up ready to begin a new life.

Anjiee D I’m a 10th student and I only get 6 hours of sleep I don’t use any social media at night I sleep at 10pm and wake up at 4am my teachers also recommend that 6hr sleep is maximum for students and they shouldn’t sleep much and then why r u blaming students. My friend in schools and in neighbourhood also don’t use much social media I blame to our education system and schools not on students
