- In today's video, I'll show you how to permanently clear your Adaptive Headlight error light on your dashboard using the BimmerCode app.
This tutorial can also be used to program/code the AFS when upgrading headlight assemblies.

Thanks for the video. My adaptive headlight unit went bad last week and I needed to get rid of the error. Did not realize I could do it with Bimmercode which I've used for other settings. Very slick and easy.

I went into my BimmerCode and don’t see these options to disable. I installed some aftermarket lights and been trying to figure out how to code out adaptive headlights. I have an F10 2016, anybody know anything to help please!!???
Did you use the Search bar to find the modules? I couldn't find them either scrolling through the list. Had to use the search bar to find the correct modules like ALC_ etc.

I am not aware of any 49.99 charge. the app is a one time $30 charge and that is it from what I know. still worth it regardless

I've got an error code after fitting LED bulbs to my E91 how do I stop that code from showing up?
Head into BimmerCode and disable the ‘Check Control’ for your interior lights, some lights etc. Also turn the LED conversion on afterwards

How come you say “you don't need it” it’s saved me a lot with driving at night when turning towards sharp turns. It is def. great feature. Good vid though 🤜🤛

You can fix it my fiend no need to spend a penny. But it is definitely helpful specially driving at night. There are vids on RUclips that shows you how to fix it and error will go away.

I have a 2012 335i f30 with n55 engine. I need help with this similar issue. I have a check engine light on for this problem and am having a problem passing Emissions testing because of the check engine light being on, I bought it from previous owner who said he replaced the headlight on the passenger side and it’s had a check engine light on since I’ve had it and is throwing a code for “ CD8E10 LIN Bus : Communications Fault “
I also have a adaptive headlight malfunction and headlight vertical aim malfunction. I need to figure out how to code these errors out or atleast find a solution to the problems without having to spend thousands of $$
