  • Unwind after a long day at work with a soothing yoga flow designed to relieve you from stress and tension. This sequence combines strengthening postures, flowing movements, and relaxation methods to help you relax.
    Begin by sitting comfortably in Sukhasana.
    Now, gently hunch your back and push your chin close to your chest, feeling the stretch in your neck.
    Thitliasana, but instead of the traditional pose, push your feet a little away and touch your head to your feet, feeling the stretch in your back and legs.
    Transition into a reverse plank, and then turn over into Kapotasana (pigeon pose) and bend forward. Repeat on the other side.
    Finally, end with an extended puppy pose, and then relax in Vajrasana, feeling calm and centered.
    Listen to your body and be mindful while practicing these asanas. Consult a medical professional if you feel uneasy.
