    ఎంత తాపత్రయ పడుతున్నావమ్మా అందరి ఆరోగ్యం గురించి. ఎంత ఆరాటమమ్మా అందరికీ మంచి చెయ్యాలని! ఎంత ఆత్రమమ్మా మంచి మంచి ఉపయోగ పడే వీడియోలు అందిఅంచాలని! ఎంతో శ్రద్ధగా అందరికీ అర్థ మయ్యేలా! ... నోరూరిఅంచే వందలాది వంటకాలు... రెసిపీలు, జ్యూస్ లు, స్వీట్ లు, హాట్లు,.... యోగా క్లాసులు, ప్రాణాయామం, మోకాళ్ల నొప్పుల నివారణ కోసం ఫిజికల్ ఎకసర్సైజులు, అందమైన మొక్కల పెంపకం, అనుభవజ్ఞులైన వైద్యుల సలహాలు, ఆహ్లాదకరమైన విహారయాత్రలు, అంధులకు చేయూత, సమాజ సేవ.... ఎన్నని చెప్పాలి... ఏమని చెప్పాలి. ఎన్న లేని, ఎనలేని లెక్కలేనన్ని అంశాలు! ఏమి ఆశించి! ... హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు తల్లీ మీ విలువలతో కూడిన నిబద్ధతకీ! అంకిత భావానికీ! మీ వీడియోలు మాకందరికీ ఎంతో స్ఫూర్తి. ఎవరో ఒకరిద్దరు వెధవలు చేసే చచ్చు పుచ్చు కామెంట్ ల గురించి దయచేసి పట్టించుకోకండి. పండ్ల చెట్టుకే రాళ్ల దెబ్బలు. నా వరకు నాకు మోకాళ్ల నొప్పులు బాగా తగ్గాయి. ఎప్పటి నుంచో ఎదురు చూస్తున్న డైట్ ఛార్ట్ ఇచ్చారు. మరిన్ని మంచి వీడియోలు అందించాలని ఆశిస్తూ ఆశీర్వదిస్తూ అభినందిస్తూ ...       God bless you talli with lots of joy and happy life ahead. And big healthy life as well. From young age make a habit to eat healthy and do good amount of exercise, yoga and jogging. Now I’m feeling so bad that I’m going old to do all these. No one told me to do such things at the young age. Now I gained knowledge and showing torch to you all amma. See all healthy breakfast options. They are very tasty and less time to prepare and healthy. From skin, hair, nails and inner body health you can feel healthy in next two three months. You can observe my hair. Till 58 I never dyed. I apply only henna. Thanks Amma for your positive message. Lots of love. 😊🙏❤️

      Or daily andi. One day sprouts, one day sauté vegetables, one day chia pudding, one day hot soup with vegetables. Do different everyday.

    Thanks soo much for sharing the diet chart andi. I start my day with water before the walk and have juice after that followed by breakfast after 1,1/2-2hrs. Should I continue having ash gourd juice in the morning & have warm water or move it to 4pm. Can we eat wheat dalia & pesarattu for breakfast during weightloss ?

      Yes andi. Pesarattu is good. Stick to have thin pesarattu two no’s. You can have vegetable juice at mid morning. Like 11.30. Evenings can have green tea and apple.

      No amma. You can have in salad as breakfast. Carrot don’t eat raw at any time. I told in one soup video about it. Min 5 min carrot cuts should be dip in hot water. Never ever eat carrots as raw.

      Amma note this points. Stop eating white bread, meat, sugar foods including sugary drinks. Start eating C vitamin rich fruits, berries. Fiber foods. I recommend barley. In two days I show barley soup. Brown rice etc. drink plenty of water. Don’t use any pain killers or any medicine without doctor prescription. Slowly uric acid or gout comes down. 100 percent your body weight kooda karanam kavachu. Body weight taggataaniki prayatninchandi. Milk products, perugu tagginchandi.
      Mokaallu noppi due to uric acid or gout kaavachhu. Good exercise is must. Watch my videos about knee pains. Start today itself.
