Hi Rama garu. If you say socks or caps clearly I can understand ma. I never use caps word any where. So I understood you are asking for knee socks or sleeves. If so yes ma. You can use them. They give some comfort and confidence while walking. If we go one wrong step in up and downs it gives some protection. BUT if you do continuous exercise only I will give you advice to wear. Otherwise muscles take rest and go weak. Blood circulation also restrict for few days. I do good stretches and yoga daily. So my muscles and blood circulation is good. You personally check your size and buy andi. I wear 365 days 24 hours. From 2015.

I did how to use supplements, good food what not to eat. If you see videos continuously you understand the pattern. 1.try to be in correct body weight 2.eat anti inflammatory foods 3.stop all white foods like sugar, sweets, maida and products, 4.Stop RO water 5.regular exercise 5.D3, calcium, glucosamine life time supplements, collagen once in 4 months. 6.try to eat more greens, multicoloured vegetables 300 grams per day. Namaste Amma. Wear and tear will be there due to age. Now a days it is too early ages people are getting joint pains. You are so lucky. Yes ma. You have to do sukshma vyamaalu. Here I’m giving the link. You can do those exercises on the bed or by sitting in a chair. Without exercise joints and muscles will be freeze.

I got first knee pain in 2009. My second knee also got damaged. I was in the bed for 6 months. From 2015 I started exercise andi. Continuously I’m doing yoga from 2015 andi. Only 30 min is enough.
