    Namaste! You say carrots n beetroot should be soaked in hot water to kill the germs or eggs in them. But why you are using the same water in the juice. Is it good?

    Sweet potato ని ఉడికిస్తేనే (boil) (అన్నం లాగా)
    దాని టేస్ట్ బాగుంటుంది. ఫ్రై చేస్తే ఆ టేస్ట్ వేరు.
    రైస్ ని ప్రై చేసి తింటామా? అలాగే చిలగడదుంపలను కూడా నీళ్ళల్లో ఉడికించాలి. చాలా త్వరగా ఉడికిపోతాయి. 5, 10 ని. లు అంతే.
    కొంచెము మందంగా కట్ చేసినా త్వరగా ఉడుకుతాయి. ఒకసారి ప్రయత్నించండి.

      Salt very low cheseyindi. No spicy food, masala food. Do pranayama. Calm down your mind and body. Don’t take any tensions to mind or heart. Any hard news don’t listen. Drink plenty of water. Eat easy digestion food like vegetable juices, greens like Palak. Eat more fiber foods like oats, corn, millets. Sleep well for 8 hours. No coffee or tea. No sugar, deep oil food, out side food, functions food. NO PICKLES or package food like biscuits, noodles or similar food. Automatically it comes down andi. If not Pl see doctor once. Using minimal BP tablet is also good for brain and heart. Take care andi. 🙏😊❤️
