Doctor garu, I am not able to avoid rice, heard that taking rice along with Protein and salad will reduce glycemic index load? Please suggest me ..am doing 16:8 intermittent fasting
@@VishalReddy-wr8yv You Don’t need to Avoid Rice..portion control is all that matters. First fill up your tummy with salads, good fats, protein and lastly eat rice so that you feel full and consume less amount of rice. I hope that helps.
