- In this video you will see the some of the HEAVIEST Wipeouts of all time at The Wedge! This year we have seen some amazing rides at The Wedge and some INSANE Wipeouts! All Footage was shot by the Legendary Tim Dunigan Photography and was filmed throughout the 2020 season at The Wedge!

Man im sure a few people broke some bones that day, that wave seems to throw you out of the water into the sand lol.
Show them washing up the shore. Videos all need to be longer. Great wipeouts.
I surfed the wedge never surfed before. Everyone was nice out in the water. Rode a wave to shore and wiped out and landed on sand. Was dragged for a bit hurt a lot. then thats it no more surfing
It looks like Mr. Dunigan missed the AM session on 7/4/2020... Which is a shame. Not only were there some fairly massive waves (- shape - poor to fair to good), and great talent/rides...but a slew of brutal wipeouts, as well.

Huge fail. Drone went down on the 3rd and I could only watch the best sets of the year roll through.
@@duniganphotography1527 Bummer. I had a few "make"s - and several nasty wipeouts. The drone angle would have been cool to see... Watching it continue to absolutely FIRE, completely empty, all afternoon, was kind of unique, as well.

I don’t know who you are, I don’t know what you want. But I have a particular set of skills. Skills that allow me to lure surfers and bodyboarders to my ravenous cave of no return. A cave which can thrash even an experienced surfer with one of the gnarliest double-wave beach breaks in the world. You can try me out, but you might regret it.
