Hope this video gives you some high protein recipe ideas that can be made a part of your daily diet. These are all very easy to make and rank quiet high on the health quotient. Let me know if you liked any recipe in particular. Cheers!!
This is the one which I was searching for quite some time and landed to your channel.. Trust me you are the most underrated nutritional blogger I have seen.. Awaiting for more from you.. keep posting 🙏🙏
Wow! you presented four unique creations that has something for everyone in the family! I would want to try the green moong cheela with paneer stuffing and what looks solid, the sattu paratha with curd. I know who in our household will like the cheesy bean burger! The tofu curry with rice for those lean protein days :) Thank you for such a nicely made video. 🙏You thought of everything, the health - on which you are an expert - the ease of buying ingredients, the efficient use of time, the costs keeping them manageable, …good for health, good for environment, makes people happy. ❤

OMG sattu parathe! I am a UPite, we often cook baati and sattu parathe. They are really yummy ( my mouth literally watered when you mentioned sattu :,-) ) and absolutely healthy. Sattu can be consumed both as stuffed sattu parathe/baati as well as sattu sharbat. Sattu sharbat has the potential to beat summers.
Loved all the recipes..could you please guide as to how much protein is required each day for a child and adult with a normal lifestyle (not physically exerting lifestyle )? Thanks
