I do these fitness exercises with a knee injury so you can also use these exercices if your knees are not in a good shape.
Don't bend too much and don't use additional charges if your knees hurt.
Leg Extension
Squats
Lunges
Lunges with chest rotation
Hamstrings
Gluts
Calves
Working with a step
Working with elastic bands Спорт
Is the clash 100 still your main raquet, if so what tension and strings do you use on it.
I often change strings. Currently Tecnifibre NRG 2, 24 Kg.
