Hand pouring a gold bar is very much a thing of the past. Most modern bars are pressed in steel dies at high speeds by machines. They are often very attractive and highly detailed. Great to have in one's collection. However if you appreciate unique hand crafted works of art, the hand poured bar is for you. Each bar captures the moment of its birth within the ripples across its surface as the bar freezes into existence. Lithic strives to pour the most beautiful gold bars in the world.
Lithic refines gold to a high purity through chemistry, then melts and pours the gold through metallurgy. Each trade is both an art and science.

Thank you for your video. Regarding 3:10, instead of striking by hand, you may considering setting up a die stamping jig and using an Arbor Press or a Hydraulic Press for even consistent stamping.
