  • The 2021 1/4oz GoldBugs Rounds Series. Nearly 180oz of pure gold! Lithic has a chance to make what could be the greatest group collection ever made, for the greatest group in the precious metals community! GoldBugs! Follow along with Jeff as he creates his most rewarding gold challenge to date! A 707 piece series made out of of pure .999 fine gold, crafted exclusively for GB members.
This video is long! There is a fair amount of repetitive work, and a lot of Jeff talking lol. Much of which may be a bit boring for most folks. But this video is made with the intent to show as much of the processes to our fellow group members as possible. So feel free to skip around if you start to nod off lol, just make sure you tune in for part 2... there's still a lot left to see!
"GoldBugs" is a private Facebook group with over 7k members. Often the group is "hidden" in the search by the admins, as to limit the quantity of new requests. It's more about quality than quantity in GB. So it's essentially invitation only. Beware of copycat groups of the same name! There's only one true GoldBugs!

Great work, love the craftmanship. I use 9999 Maples, very fine, no further refining needed. Also, I noticed using a blowtorch adds impurities = soot, so use a furnace instead, simple. Then there is more time for artistic expression :-) Keep up the good work, where can we buy these? Kzoom doesn't offer them anymore? Don't like facebook...

I think a second die instead of the square plate while you press will get both sides stamped at once and clocked consistently and eliminate a whole process in doing so less risk of a mess up save a lot of time too

  • @JoSeeFuss

I don't mind putting in the extra work! This collection was meant to have an old world feel. We didn't want them to look like they just came off the presses.
