My first concert was the Wild Hearts Tour in Austin, TX. It was 106 degrees and so sunny. I loved it so much! Angel Olsen is my favorite artist, Sharon was great, and Julien Baker was new to me. They were all amazing! I'm so glad my first concert experience was the three of them.
Just bought my first Sharon Van Etten CD on the strength of the song 'Dry' heard on a movie end credits run, and this excellent concert. It's her latest record, thought I'd start there. What a wonderful voice, and both she and her band have some really great musical ideas. Thanks for posting this video up.
What a great artist! There's only one minor problem: she has written songs so emotional and unique that it will be difficult to match by herself. Anyway, thank you for what you give us, it makes living more beautiful.
Oh yeah, Seventeen always destroys. It's always great to see her open up and fiercely command an entire room, when in interviews she's typically very soft-spoken.
I was at this concert and all three artists were amazing! Sharon stole the show though, for sure! Angel is also amazingly talented. One of the best duets I’ve heard.

This having less than 500 likes is insane... broght me so many good memories, seeing Sharon live is an unique experience.
The album version of "Every Time the Sun Comes Up" is beautiful, but I really, really dig the up-tempo version she plays live.
