  • We have many patients with mild to moderate degeneration of lumbar discs, and our approach with gentle segmental traction and mobilization along with myofascial release provides lasting relief, usually with a frequency of one treatment per 3-4 weeks. Coupled with appropriate exercises and stretching, our patients with degenerative discs live mostly pain-free.

I see this more as a PT session done by a chiropractor. No ringdingers, no baited clicks for loud cracks. You legitimately stretch muscles and work on the muscles around the spine. I’m not too much of a fan of chiropractors but you definitely are a breath of fresh air in the industry.

You need to come back to RUclips Dr. Its a different world than 2015 and there is a huge chiro and asmr community that would love your work

I'm not a supporter of chiropractic but you're the first one i've seen who seems to concentrate more on muscular problems/solutions rather than just wanting to get the biggest cracks out of your patients. Each session seems to be tailored to the issues of the patient rather than the same treatment for every person who walks in, regardless of needs, unlike other chiro's on youtube. Namely, Gregory johnson and SoCal. Good job!

100% agree I'm in UK, have multi level degeneration top to bottom with t8 hemangioma, damage to nerves from diagnosed Arachnoidotis following failed epidural in childbirth, pumped with morphine and sent home no care plan lots of tablets, I stretch, eat better and work on mindfulness every day. I wish we could all have this kind of treatment here, thank you for giving us hope that in our lifetime we can access this kind of care ❤

Dr. David Russ I am dealing with a lower back muscle spasm from lifting weights. How do I heal quickly instead of taking medication for the problem. I usually go into a dry sauna and do various exercises to stretch the muscles. Will doing this speed up my recover so I can get back to lifting?

Any information for someone that has no idea what they're doing would be incredibly appreciated! Great video, thank you for uploading this.

Hello! Thank you for your question. I am planning a "How To Give a Good Massage" for beginners video. In the meantime, for self-care I recommend many of our exercise videos, which are meant to be done along with me on the video, are straightforward and accessible as well as adaptable to folks with different abilities. I hope some of these help you, and I hope to keep seeing you on our channel. Thank you!

I've had 3 back surgeries, failed of course. There's tons of hardware, stenosis and bulging at L3 thru S1. The issue is I hurt..bad. spine is crooked and I have constant pain on right side. No doctors can help anymore. I've been wanting to see a chiropractor but can they do anything with hardware in my back? This is my last option, just don't know if it's too dangerous to try. Thx in advance

K, ask for flexion/distraction and myofascial release and ask how long treatment sessions are (20 min minimum) This question is precisely why I post my treatment videos, so folks like you can see what thorough and safe treatment looks like. *Thank you* for your question. May you find a good provider, and if you do, please share their name with me so I can add it to my growing database of good chiros around the country. Best, Dr Russ.
