One of the more technical channels I’ve come across. I’ve learned a lot about that "question mark" area that causes pain and it’s nice to be so relaxing but also informative. Instant sub
I feel this therapy session really spoke to me as a fibro sufferer. I hurt all the time but really would love body work. You are so gentle but focused that it doesn't over stimulated pain receptors which for us are already in hyperdrive. Excellent work
Thank you for your kind encouragement. I enjoy working this way and I am glad it helps people. I hope you find resources to help you on your difficult journey. All the best to you and thank you again.
I am truly enjoying all this new content you are sharing. Although I love all your videos, I must admit my favorites are when you are working on patients. I always like when your videos are a bit longer (20+ minutes) for selfish reasons😂.
Love your vids, Doc! Keep 'em coming. Though, I don't recall seeing any of your vids where you're doing more chiropractic adjustments. Would love to see some of those.
What do you think about the feldenkrais method? I feel the way you move peoples bodies while applying massage is very similar to this method. You’re getting people to recognize their own movement patterns , it looks very cool lol!
I absolutely love your videos. I’m an RMT in Canada and get a lot of great information and tips on techniques. Have you got any special direction for what some might call a buffalo hump at C6,C7 (T1)?
Yes, that may usually be attributed to the forward head posture and protracted shoulders of the Upper Cross Syndrome. I counsel patients to attend to their breathing, use the breath to lift the sternum and open the front ribs, allowing the clavicles to be broad and long, and the scapulae then find an easy position of rest and the protraction of the head improves. Meanwhile I work the pectorals, occiput, neck flexors and extensors, and midback.
I literally don't know of a single chiro doing the soft and gentle suggestive approach. Amazing job Dr Russ👍🙏👊🏼
Thank you!
I swear Dr Russ, your voice can make the narration of a physics manual soothing😊😴
Maybe one day!
I watch a lot of chiros and massage therapists on here.. But you are my absolute fave! Keep up the frequent uploads please omg
Wow thank you! I'm quite honored.
I love all your videos you are a chiropractor and a massage therapist in one. ❤😂
Glad you like them!
Another great video Doc! Informative, entertaining, relaxing! Your patients are very lucky 👍🏻
Very kind of you, thank you!
Another great video, Dr. Russ! Your channel is a breath of fresh air in the chiro world on YT.
You happen to make an absolutely, fantastic asmr video … your life’s work is my sleep potion thank you 🙏
Thank you! I'm so glad my work helps you, that's what it's about!

We will keep that in mind 🙂 I appreciate your kind feedback!
So comforting 😊
Awesome work! Thank you!😀
The master returns! Any thoughts to doing road trips to other cities?
Interesting idea! I wonder what that would look like? Pop-up clinic for a few days?
@@DrRussInYourPocket Yeah, that would be the thought. If you hit my city for a few days I 1000% would be signing up to be on the list!
Come to Canada!!!

Most of my treatments do use some thrust manipulations, usually toward the end. Thank you for the feedback!!

Thank you!! Feldenkrais is amazing work. Glad you enjoy the work!!
“How’s my pressure?” Meanwhile I was just watching a chiropractor pretty much decapitating people after throwing a wet towel around their necks😂😂😂😂😂
There is so much of that on the Internet, it's crazy. Frightening.
You have an amazing voice; would be an excellent hypnotherapist.
You are getting sleepy.....veeeeeeery sleepy.

Can you do a video for migraine suffers?
Yes I will
Does this work if you do it to yourself?
It sure does!
its so relaxing its unreal but i dont understand how hardly applying pressure can fix it, i ask for car crusher pressure x 10
Bodies and nervous systems are so diverse and variable, it's part of what makes our job so interesting!
