You should keep posting more videos! You are probably the most knowledgeable body worker I have ever seen. I feel like I am learning while watching your videos because you know human anatomy so well. It's very impressive and enjoyable to watch! Keep up the good work ❤️❤️
The way you explain what you’re doing and in your calm tone, while physically working on your patients, are what make your videos one of the best! So relaxing ❤ Thanks Doc! Keep the great content coming!
We can see it in the pace of their movements. They really know how to blend the tender touch of massage techniques with the impact of adjustments. GJ!!
Love your videos Dr .Russ .. I live in northern Indiana but coming to Portland in February .. hopefully I can get a appointment with you .. keep up the great work .. I watch em everyday
Thank you for all of your great videos! I’m wondering… do you have tips or anything to make sure I’m picking a doctor who is as compressive as you? I’ve been unable to find a doctor who is even a fraction as invested as you are! And it always seems to be so disjointed and my concerns are never systematically addressed. Thank you so much! For the info and the videos! 🥰♥️🖐🏻
I always Google myofascial chiropractor, I scroll past any sponsored links/ads, and look for a website that is individualized, personal, and shows a dedication to holistic work. That's where I'd start. Good luck, and thank you for your kind encouragement!

Would this type of treatment help with MS? I was diagnosed about a month ago but misdiagnosed for about 5 years. The MS medication is helping a little bit but trying to find other ways to help ease the symptoms.
Could the sternum and ribs attribute to the onset of cervicogenic headaches? Ive suffered from hyper mobility all my life and always assumed it was poor posture and over stretching
Yes, absolutely, and it is one of the things I often counsel folks with headaches to pay attention to. if you have not already, check out the sternal lift here: ruclips.net/video/gWz-V5iHgKc/видео.html
good videos. Your soft tissue work is awesome. Mechanically I haven't seen you address much structure. Can you tell us why you don't do much structural work?
I assume by "structural work" you mean thrust adjusting, so I'll answer with that in mind. If you meant something else, please do let me know. I always strive to address the issue at the root of the problem. Thrust adjusting is unmatched in its ability to release articular fixation, and I apply it whenever necessary. I find that articular fixation is usually secondary to myofascial dysfunction, so that is why I address soft tissue first, and sometimes only. Thanks for the question!
@@vickenbastajian2369 I agree with the short he made and linked. I've had to do a lot of research on migraines, too, since a loved one has them. It can be triggered by just about anything and there isn't a clear fix. It *seems* like people mostly have fixed types of migraines with a personal list of causes and treatments. So you would need to find what triggers you and learn to avoid it as best as you can or mitigate it. It can be just about anything to be honest. For example, I now avoid cooking with cumin if my husband will be home to smell it as that is one of their triggers. Stress is also a big one. Lack of quality sleep, an ill-fitting pillow, not enough caffeine, too much caffeine, random chance.. We did find some solutions, like caffeine and OTC pain relievers, avoiding trigger smells, massages at home. I would focus on trying to find patterns in when you get them and what you were exposed to that could have led to it. That's going to be the toughest part but the most beneficial. We did find one promising solution, but they ultimately decided it wasn't worth it for them personally. It's called Beam by Cove. It was this drink mix powder that was loaded with a bunch of vitamins that have been shown to help with migraine prevention, so it made sense that it worked. The only downside is that if you stop megadosing on those vitamins, like skipping a day of the drink mix, you get an even worse migraine. My loved one is not good at taking things daily, so it makes sense that it didn't work well for them. It also led to any migraines that did happen turned into a weird brain fog instead. Migraines are really hard to find the cause of, find the solution for, and live with. :/ what caused your migraine yesterday might not be what triggers it next week. It's tricky. One migraine can be caused by blood vessels contracting due to lack of caffeine, another migraine might be caused by the perfume your coworker is wearing that you didn't even register really, then another can be caused by a trigger food like dairy.. I hope you can find your triggers D:

Seriously the best chiro videos on youtube. Non of that hitting people with hammers and yanking their heads of their shoulders nonsense.
Thank you!!
Let's not talk about cyropacters who help solve patients problems!!$$
Personally a massage and the neck twist to release helped me. I think it’s about the person.
