Hi Dr. Russ. Been watching all your videos since the beginning. This is my first time commenting. Just wanted to say I really enjoy watching your content. Keep it up, and thank you for making these videos!!
Well, thank you so very much. I appreciate your attention and am glad that we are providing you with information and enjoyment. Let us know what you might like to see, and thank you again!
I started doing planks and the big three and I am improving my low back pains BUT it is difficult to fix psoas and quadratus lumbar by myself. I believe that all these injuries are coming from decades with physical activities having only half meniscus in my right knee.
@dr.Russ Do you have a colleague in California who is one of your kind? Like someone who doesn’t just do the usual cracks & pressure points but actually understands the body
I am looking on Google but it is difficult. LA is such a big place!! I search 'myofascial chiropractic' and go from there, I get a lot of gut feelings from website design about dedication and professionalism.
@@DrRussInYourPocket I’ll Google that too and I guess try one or two. I’ve issues with my left side. From neck to knee. I should have never agreed to that epidural. It twitched my back when they put it in and it didn’t really work for me. Since then I’ve issues. But pain wise, as I said, only on the left 😔

Don't do deadlifts, worst exercise ever.
Ha! It's certainly a risky one! But if it's done correctly, the strengthening effect can be superb!
