In some markets 940 models have the testing point at the diagnostic test socket boxes at the left strut tower (inside the engine compartment). The test point nr 5 in the B box is used to test the airbag. Can i get a code from the abs? I had a broken abs sensor cable(left front), i soldered the cable and the light turned off. After some time the light turned back on, i assumed the cable broke... At a track day where my brakes overheated the light magically dissapered but on the way home it turned back on.... I replaced the sensor and along with it the soldered cable but know the light wont go out, the rest seems to be fine but how can i diagnose the abs?

After it sadly got destroyed i bought a 98 and it has a belt driven fan so just assumed it didn’t have obd2 either. I just spent 20 minutes looking for the test box and couldn’t find it. After some research I found out it has obd2 under the armrest. Anyway thanks again for the reply!

my 960II is in volvo shop for 4 weeks now and I'm pretty sure they don't know how to fix it.
motor died during the drive, it shows code 113 115

i do get a code on A6 1.1.3 but i cant find it on internett only A2 1.1.3 too ritch / too lean so what is A6 1.1.3 on my car i got a bosch coil..
I don't have any info about the code 1-1-3 from A6. Do you experience any problems with the engine running?

For A2 1-1-3 some tables say "faulty fuel injector". Clean and test injectors.
What if you get 1-1-1 but your check engine light is on?
