This was amazing! Loved the decreasing speed interval really trains the body to find and hold an even better sweet spot! When you can push hard paces even for a minute you automatically increase that sweet spot speed! Keep working everyone! Keep running! Keep moving! We all got this 🏝️

I honestly was very unmotivated to do a workout on a Easter Sunday morning but guess what all it takes is getting off the couch and letting Rachel build you along and before you know it you just did a 40 minute treadmill run ❤

Finished the workout. Love it! Missed the longer endurance interval workouts. I have a secret to share with you. When I first started with IBX I would constantly look at the time on the left but in the last year or so I just expand the screen so I just see you on it as I'm running so I'm not focused on the time or how much I have left. Maybe this will help other people too. It's a good trick so you're not focused on the clock.
I do the same thing. Hahaha! And who doesn’t want to see more of coach Rachel seeing us to the other side of yet another workout! I love this community!
@@beverlyr307 I've always loved to run since I was like 12 years old. I love the variety in her workouts. And I'd rather just listen to her and follow her prompts and cues. Then look at the clock. So thank you for sharing. I'm glad that other people do it as well. This way you can just enjoy the workout! 💪👍👍
That’s an awesome trick!! I know some people who cover the time and distance on the treadmill so they don’t focus on it. It definitely makes the time go slower if you are constantly watching it tick up second by second!

Granddaughter is coming🎉 I wasn't even paying attention I was running and giving them a little what to do talk😂

🏝 Wow, that was one of the hardest treadmill runs I've done. I kinda hate it while I'm doing it, and I feel amazing afterwards! I sometimes confuse myself, looking at the speed numbers (what she's saying makes no sense to me since my treadmill and mind operate with the metric system 😂), but I still get it done!
