Dear Rachel, I wanted to say that I have been working out to your videos for almost a year and I have seen progress, yay! You always motivate me to give it a little more each time and even if I'm not very fit at the moment, I'm getting there. Also, I wanted to say I love your hair in this video! You are really an inspiration.
I do a 10 minute warm up walk at 6 to 6.5, then minute jog at 9kph, back to 6.5, then 9.5, back to 6.5, 10, 6.5, 10.5, 6.5, 11, 6.5, 11.5, 6.5, 12, 6.5, 12, 6.5, 12 ect ect. I do it for 60 minutes. 25 minutes of running total. They say the best exercise is the one you like doing. I I Love it.
Yay! 👀 Even though I was exhausted and dealing with jetlag, I pushed through and decided to do a 25-minute walk instead of my usual 3 miles. I only managed to do 1.71 miles in the 25min, but it still feels great! I ran and had thread at 1.5 incline. I'm hopeful that this will help me sleep well tonight. Thanks for the push.❤
Hi Rachel. I just discovered your channel. I enjoy this and your other videos. I used to exercise on treadmills. I mostly walked and did some running on them. A couple of my old personal trainers had me do the run/walk interval in an effective manner. I recall one trainer had me walk at a speed of 3.0 to 3.5 and run at 5.0 and above. I felt it was a great workout. I haven’t worked out on a treadmill for years. This is mainly because I’m more iinto being on an elliptical machine, which I find enjoyable. But after viewing your videos, Rachel, I might be interested in exercising on treadmills again.
4.78k/34.41 with extra cool down. I ran average 7 and highest 7.7.. Not a beginner but def needed to slow down cause of the low energy but still loved every bit of the push. Kudos to everyone who did it.. 👀
I just bought treadmill with your inspiration, I want to ask if going effect my strength training workout, i know not to do cardio with heavy lifting, if i keep body lean, so my question treadmill its going make lose my muscle and get skinny
