    Lets work your upper body today!! I am using 20 pounds dumbbells and 10 pounds, dumbbells today and we will be rocking through 3 circuits of chest and triceps exercises followed up by a cardio circuit to finish it off! I want you to really push yourself on this workout and challenge yourself to stay using your heavy dumbbells for as many of the round as possible! The goal of this workout is strength building and technique is always most important!
    We will be going through each circuit 2 times and there will be no rest between the exercises in the circuit! Challenge yourself and stay ready to work the whole workout. Let's get STRONGER TODAY! See if you can burn 350 calories too!

    My husband and I do your workouts 5 days per week and he normally wishes that he got more chest... we found this one yesterday and this was by far your best chest and triceps workout we have found. Woke up this morning absolutely smoked everywhere except my biceps and legs. Well done!!!

    OMG help me somebody! Good morning Sydney Squad. This workout was no joke. I'm shaking just typing this comment. I may need to Uber to work cause I don't know if I can turn the steering wheel while driving!😊 Those one arm chest presses with 20lb dumbbells was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Sydney I don't know where you come up with these exercises but woman don't stop! 😊😊😊 Workouts that take me out of my comfort zone is exactly what I have been needing. Have a great day everyone. 😊

    I used my newly purchased 15lbs weights! This from someone who could never move above 5lbs in the gym. Can’t believe I’m working with heavier weights at home! You are so motivating!

    This is my favorite workout so far. Perfect time for me (40 min), focus on two UB parts..chest and tris, really creative body part focused cardio. Perfection. Those 20 pounders were feeling really heavy at the end. Going to fuel up for tomorrow's work!

    honestlyi don't know how you manage to put up those videos everyday...they seem so much more work than ytrs that record themselves sitting on their beds showing what they brought! lol but i really appreciate you and i try to be here everday too,results are shy but they are coming..i'm a lot less bloated and feel better!thank you!!!!

    9:50 I crushed it! yes, I don’t mind the scale bcz my weight doesn’t change it made me 😔 but when I see myself in the mirror wow I saw how my body changed, my tummy getting smaller and my speed increased more everyday. I owe to u what I became now. thank u Sydney.

    Loved it. Had to make modifications as I have arthritis in thumb so lowered weights, the single arm chest presses had my non weight bearing hand shaking! I did a 1 mile walk for cardio, just because it is so lovely outside this morning. Thank you Sidney!

    awe man it's been 2 weeks since I've last exercised with you! I had to take a break because of wisdom teeth removal, and maannnnnn this workout was so tough! I'm still shaking and although I feel like I lost sum strength and I had to take breaks, I'm glad I still crushed it and decided to do this. Thank you for the workout Sydney! :)

      Pallavi Bharadwaj yes for me my left forearm seems to hurt more than my right one and I’m right handed so it’s weird. Sometimes I have to use a lighter weight on the left side bc I’m afraid of straining it too much. I’ve been doing a lot of stretching for my arms and hands hoping this will help🤷🏻‍♀️ Great job bumping up your weights!! 🙌🏼

    Wowzer this was a tough, good workout! I liked using the opposite hand as an objective. I am noticing the earlier videos have a bit more variety in the movements, and it's nice to work the muscles in new ways. :)

    Sydney the first time I did this workout I was struggling to push #15 chest press so I took Ur advice invested in myself bought #25 weights n was able to do2 rounds of chest press with #20 n last with #25 I’m so freaking proud of myself but wanna thank U cux of U I’m at this stage of. My journey that At one time I thought it was impossible.. Ur thee best trainer Ever !!!!U Rock🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🌺💐🌼

    Hey Guys, I know I've been MIA. Sorry to join in late to my workout party squad. I've been battling a strained neck that has had me so uncomfortable and in pain for three/four days. Just starting to feel better as of yesterday. So I took a bit of a break from working out and focused more on neck exercises and physiotherapy for that. Glad to be back. Though I did not do this workout today, I did the 40-min back, chest and cardio workout from some days ago. Feels good to be back albeit after missing a couple of days. Just trying to catch up on four missed workouts. Good job to everyone for always crushing these workouts!

So true what you say...when one is injured, it's easy to feel guilty and bad for not working out and feel kinda discouraged. So it helps when one encourages the other.     great work out like always Sydney, 😱 need to work on my push ups still Crushed it😫🤗😅didn't give up kept telling my self no modifications."ain't got time for that"😌 working on my after workout smoothie🤢😖😜
