  • Do 3 Rounds of:
    50 Jumping Jacks
    40 Air Squats
    30 Walk Down to push up
    20 Reversed Lunges
    10 Burpees
    *If you feel that one round is enough, start the first weeks with one round and then add on a second round when you feel ready for it. When that feels easy, you add on a third round!
