Do 3 rounds with no rest! 1. Kettlebell single leg deadlift X10 reps on each leg. 2. Kettlebell lunges X10 reps on each leg. 3. Kettlebell curtsy lunge X10 reps on each leg. 4. Kettlebell squat jump X10 reps. 5. V-ups à la middle split X10 reps. I used a 16kg kettlebell, can use heavier or lighter. Can also be made with only your bodyweight and with longer pauses between the exercises :) Let's go!

EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) Minute 1: x20 alternating jumping lunges. Minute 2: 30 seconds handstand hold. Minute 3: x10 alternating pistol squats (with a little extra stretch ;) ) Minute 4: x20 crab toe touches. Minute 5: REST! Do this for 5 rounds = 25 minutes

Do 3 Rounds of: 50 Jumping Jacks 40 Air Squats 30 Walk Down to push up 20 Reversed Lunges 10 Burpees *If you feel that one round is enough, start the first weeks with one round and then add on a second round when you feel ready for it. When that feels easy, you add on a third round!
