She is so inspiring, I've always thought disconnecting from worldly worries as I get older would lead me to some kind of wise sageness, but maybe it's staying connected and caring about things and being angry at things and directing that energy to some action that would keep me youthful
Jane has been my personal inspiration for many decades. She inspired me to work out with the Jane Fonda Workout when it was just a book, followed by a record and then a video. Her voice talked me through the "I can't" and "I don't want to" just to hear her say "Don't you feel good?" at the end of the workout. Her praise was worth it. She taught me how the mental and emotional parts connect with the physical. She is simply my hero.
She's such a good human. Few have tried so hard to make things better for us often too greedy humans but also for the planet and all those that call it home. Such an icon but so very humble and kind. For women, she's a heroic figure that we will always appreciate.

It's like a time capsule, seeing the stars of old...the people who set the tone for the industry to come, and Jane Fonda appeared many times on that show both as guest and a panelist. She looked great then, and still does now.

Friends and I were talking about what a true health heroine Fonda has been recently. I, an elder millennial, had her Yoga VHS, several years ago. To this day, it is still one of the best yoga videos I’ve ever participated in. Have you seen it? To quote my friend, “It is still relevant!”
Have yet to see classic The Grapes of Wrath because clips of Henry Fonda & his mother played by Jane Darwell ALWAYS slay me & bring me to tears, yet around the same time he's killingly funny playing chump to con woman Barbara Stanwyck in The Lady Eve.
