Oh by the way can your book ship here in Finland? I want one please!!!!!
I love your videos Maangchi. We call that egg that you cooked in this video 'over easy' where you turn the egg over so the yolk doesn't break and cook only until the whites are firm but not the yolk. 'Sunny side up' means you never turn the egg over. Your cooking looks so fresh and healthy. I would love to try everything you make.
I will try making this for my family! thank you for sharing this video.. I love Korean foods and Korean people.. When I was in high school in Vancouver, this Korean gent that I used to see at a rec center all the time invited me over to his home for family dinner and loved the home made Korean food.. you guys eat like us.. share food on the table.. love it!

Hi Maanchi! Thank you so much for sharing all of your great recipes. I tried this one, in particular, tonight and it was a hit! Keep up the great work, looking forward to seeing more.
This is excellent. Interesting that the rice cooking technique is very similar to the Indian method of cooking Basmati rice. I used Jasmine rice and it worked great. The egg "hat" is the perfect complement with the radish sprouts. This dish is so satisfying and filling, but really healthy too. Hammer, I am really impressed by your technique and passion. You know how to make people happy, and it's infectious. Next I'll do your egg dish, but make sardine and kelp stock (visited local Korean)

In the country we are living in you can't get soybean sprouts only canned mung bean sprouts so I am using that instead and I don't have the right chili pepper or red pepper flakes but I am using some other things we can get. Unless my friend got things sent from Korea she must have done the same :) Thanks for the recipe!
