Are there any plans to repeat what you have accomplished with this build? Thanks

No plans at the moments, in fact this machine has exceeded expectations. If I did it again I would change some things for sure.

Great job. Nice size. What is the thickest material can you cut (ply wood)? Would you choose a higher power laser tube?

Thanks, I've only tried 10mm plywood with 2 passes. I think it would go thicker though and will try. I mainly cut acrylic at the moment. The higher you go in tube power makes engraving harder as the minimum you can run the tube at is about 10% this means that eventuality you exceed the speed/accuracy of the steppers and the time it takes to pulse the tube on and off.
