Conor drops Nate: Joe - “he hurt him” Conor drops Nate: Joe - “good shot from Conor” Conor drops Nate: Joe - “he clipped him there” Nate throws some volume: Joe - “ooooohhhhhhhhh ooooooohhhhhhhhagsgdhsmjsjd”
To be fair, that volume came after Nate got dropped all those times, which makes it more exciting. If Nate was throwing volume first and landing, but then conor dropped him, he'd probably have a pretty similar reaction.
It would be bad for the UFC as a whole it’s moving away from being the premier MMA promotion where you have to earn the belt by going through the ranks and then defend it and solidify your position as the best in the world in that division, to exclusively pleasing casual fans with “superfights”.
Domestos Boi what is the premier organization then? Bellator? No. The UFC has the best fighters in the world bellator has washed up fighters that were good.
Travis Poole If you actually read my comment I note that the UFC is still the premier organisation and I never argued otherwise but if you dismiss Bellator as having washed up fighters and old fighters that are no good anymore you know very little about MMA for example Michael Venom Page is in Bellator and a great deal of UFC stars came from Bellator not to mention Rory McDonald moved there and he’s definitely not past his prime.
i remember when i saw conor lose to nate and it really seemed like he's done. and same thing with khabib too, what inspires me in that man is how he deals with failure.
@@heckanice7278 no offense but khabib vs mcgregor rematch would just be as bad or worse, conor might be a little better, but if you take into consideration all of cheating he did, even if he is slightly better prepared if he doesnt cheat this time, he will lose terribly even if he is slightly better than last time
We're all visually blinded with Conor being a money objective hunter, but when you see his face after his loss with Khabib, his younger and hunger self came out, and you can see and feel his pain while still rationalizing his mistakes against Khabib
@@alexanderkononov1862 In my personal opinion, Conor would do sooo much better if Khabib took the rematch. Remember his match with Nate? On their first fight, he got submitted within 2 rounds, but on their 2nd, he wrecked Nate for 2 rounds straight and round 4 because he learned a valuable lesson to save his stamina and simplify his moves. I think he'd done the same against Khabib, not to mention he scored a 10-9 in round 3. Not saying he'd be the guaranteed winner, but it could go either way this time, if Conor wouldn't win, it'd be soooo much closer than the previous one
Joe Rogan was conspicuously quiet in that fight while Conor was doing well. Then when Diaz started to take over Rogan came in with his familiar "OHHH!!" "HE HURT 'EM!!". I believe that's (the only reason) why some people thought diaz won. Conor lost two rounds. But he DEFINITIVELY won three, and i think scored a 10-8 in one of them. Joe Rogan "likes" Conor but he LOOOOVES Nate Diaz.
Joe's actually talked about this before. He does that because nobody expects the underdog to hurt or start getting the better of the favored fighter. Apparently, it's more exciting when the underdog gets his hits in, but he stays quiet when it's the other way around because it's expected from the favorite fighter. Nate was a HUGE underdog in the first fight.
mohammad haq Except you're wrong. He can be biased if he really wants to. He's a color commentator, not a play by play commentator like Jon Anik or previously Goldie. You casuals are so stupid sometimes.
Goldberg saying "1-1?" after round 2 didn't help either. Conor lit Nate up in round 2 and only gassed around the last minute. How anyone could score round 2 for Nate is crazy.
Conor was owning Diaz in begining and then Nate's crazy gas paid off as he started to brutalize conor. It was even until the last round when Conor idk what came to his head. He was like a man from dead. From zero gas he was hitting Nate with crazy punches. He was like hungry. He was obviously tired but nvr stopped hitting Nate with those left hands. Both these guys have everything if their life's. It's really nice and interesting to see guys like Nate Conor and tony fighting like their lives depends on it
round 1 all conor ,round 2 also conor even though nate landed some at end of the round but still thats conors round. round 3 all nate. round 4 renergised conor's round. and round 5 almost equal but still i gave it to nate for that take down. so round 1,2,4 for conor round3,5 for nate . and the shots nate land are more of volume and conor shots are quality power shots( nate has the best chin he absorbs it). but still basically conor won the fight
Are we all forgetting that Conor literally moves up two weight classes for this fight? And people are wondering why Conor’s cardio sucked. Yes, Nate’s cardio is far superior but it was especially harder for Conor

N Figueroa yes Diaz got put on his ass & his face being bloody anit nothing new , he has alot of scare tissue making it easy for you to get cut & bleed quicker
Esteban Aguilar I was explaining why Nate cuts so easily? You seemed shocked because there was alot of blood and I said blood wasn't a sign of who's won/lost? Nate bleeds scarred tissue blah blah blah.......
Yeah yeah, Nate didn't get dropped multiple times, Nate wasn't blinded by his own blood, even filthy casuals would give maximum of 2 rounds to Nate. This is just daft...
This was the fight that proved Conor was as true a fighter as anyone else. I think this Conor is still in him and I hope he can bring this part of him back
I think that people were influenced in how when Diaz was in the ascendancy it was reminiscent of the moments before Nate finished him in the first fight. But when Conor loses rounds it looks bad because of how tired/shaky he looks- when you look at the amount of damage inflicted it's never in the 10-8 category.
Matthew Eyre Exactly, Conor was never truly hurt, just stunned or wobbled from strikes while exhausted. He was constantly striking back and moving to the center to avoid being cornered and swarmed.
Roy Nelson There was no barely, Conor won decisively. Nate only won the first time because Conor had to put on too much weight too fast. He clearly showed that that 1st fight was a fluke. You can be mad all you want but Nate never had what it takes to be champ and yet, Conor did. Nate is a veteran and that’s all

Sephiroth s conor likes to run away so ya
Ty Scott Nate likes to get dropped by featherweights, cry about his losses and retire. you wouldnt like that fight mate. Nate would get TKO'd
i remember when i saw conor lose to nate and it really seemed like he's done. and same thing with khabib too, what inspires me in that man is how he deals with failure.
I wish Khabib did rematches
@@heckanice7278 no offense but khabib vs mcgregor rematch would just be as bad or worse, conor might be a little better, but if you take into consideration all of cheating he did, even if he is slightly better prepared if he doesnt cheat this time, he will lose terribly even if he is slightly better than last time
@@alexanderkononov1862 If he There is no ground games ,pound to pound , Khabib will die lol
He was just commentating bro. Everyone watching is free to make their decision
Xohetzal but he wasn’t the underdog in the second fight....everyone thought McGregor was going to lose
Nate could've gone another 5 rounds the diaz brothers have crazy cardio
Diaz was exhausted after the 3rd too. he blown himself out by slapping Conor's shoulders. how stupid
Future UFC champion “exhausted”
They do triathlons that’s why
Ricky Figueroa
Big facts
He would have bled to death at that rate lmao.

khabib vs mc gregor (Jiren vs Goku blue mode)
Loved that sportsmanship after the fight both guys proved why they are living legends
Respect for Conor for standing till last breath and respect to Nate for being such a warrior.
One of the greatest fights in UFC history . Whenever I see this, I had goosebumps
It's really nice and interesting to see guys like Nate Conor and tony fighting like their lives depends on it
I want this Conor back so bad.
round 1 all conor ,round 2 also conor even though nate landed some at end of the round but still thats conors round. round 3 all nate. round 4 renergised conor's round. and round 5 almost equal but still i gave it to nate for that take down. so round 1,2,4 for conor round3,5 for nate . and the shots nate land are more of volume and conor shots are quality power shots( nate has the best chin he absorbs it). but still basically conor won the fight
Exactly my thought
Great break down. Put the fight in perspective accurately.

Are we all forgetting that Conor literally moves up two weight classes for this fight? And people are wondering why Conor’s cardio sucked. Yes, Nate’s cardio is far superior but it was especially harder for Conor
Reed G he out grew featherweight. He literally looked like death those few last fights he had
He was a lightweight before coming to ufc nate also moved up he was a lightweight to
ikr
Nate also moved 1 weight class up
@Reed Griffin agree, connor in featherweight is like khabib in lightweight
Problem with Mc.Gregor is that he gets tired to quick

With these fight for sure, these were at 170 tho, in a striking and clinch match at 155 he could prob go 3-4 hard rounds without slowing down
This is why I love connor, you'll never see a khabib fight like this. Fought in 3 divisions against all types of styles. Legend.
He still lost to Khabib tho even though he might have had more experience and also Poirier
@@abdullah_6458 So what, he's still a legend and a very entertaining fighter, the most entertaining fighter.
@@Chris-zi4mo yeah he is but I'm only defending Khabib
@@abdullah_6458 What the OP said is true though, personally I think the McGregor Vs Mendes fight was more entertaining than all of Khabib's fights combined, but Khabib is still the best in the division right now, retired or not.
Khabib won against the best of the best won against the champions not one but several bet fighters corner , Dustin , Poirier .......

Hi
White Belt Karate Sir.
Lol like always
I'm not saying there is pro fighters in the comments. But if ain't for the fans like the ones in the comment section of this video then there wouldn't be no UFC.
Connor after some point is in big trouble possibly thinking: "I need to find a way, a weak point to attack"
Diaz thinking: Thlappin, thlappin, thlapping, thlappin, punth
Andrew Rich thats dope bro
Ha! Funny!
Since when has Mike Tyson been a half-Mexican skinny mma fighter?
“You’re winning the clinch every time” lol connors brain “it doesn’t fooking feel like I’m winning” 😂
😂😂😂😂
That "Thanks for the fight" said by Connor to Diaz after such a fookin crazy brawl... Goosebumps.
No matter how many times I watch this fight, it never gets old
UFC equivalent of Muhammad Ali vs Joe Frazier, we need another fight with McGregor and Diaz
Yea no. Those fights went 15 rounds. And those were heavyweights going at it. Yea bigger gloves but both of those men hit harder than Macgregor and Diaz combined.
don't disrespect the legends

What a crazy fight this was. They ate so many shots it’s unbelievable. Both legends!

The fight Conor dug deep to prove he is a true fighter
....as is nate
1:39 Nate gave him the stockton slap lmao
2:52 is soooooo badass
McGregor won by 1 round but his stamina almost cost him the fight again
N Figueroa he did win by one more round, majority the judges thought he won 48-47 which is 3-2 in his favour?
N Figueroa physical damage doesn’t equate to how much you’re losing
N Figueroa yes Diaz got put on his ass & his face being bloody anit nothing new , he has alot of scare tissue making it easy for you to get cut & bleed quicker
N Figueroa More delusional than I look ? I don’t know you and it’s not scored like that dumbass 😂
N Figueroa and so what about his face a single punch can cause a cut it’s meaningless
4:13 Interesting handshake routine these guys got going
All that blood wasn't even Conor's...
Nate has alot of scarred tissue on his cheekbones and forehead because of constant lacerations there, this is why blood isn't a sign of who's won.
Gabriel Becker that wasn't my point? But okay
Esteban Aguilar I was explaining why Nate cuts so easily? You seemed shocked because there was alot of blood and I said blood wasn't a sign of who's won/lost? Nate bleeds scarred tissue blah blah blah.......
Gabriel Becker I already knew Nate has paper skin, and I know signs of blood doesn't determine the winner.
Mikey C23 lmfaooooooo No he did not
No matter how you slice it Conor won 1, 2 and 4.. They are just the facts
Yup, and anyone saying otherwise is not being objective.

Agree!! I love the ballet of martial arts.
Nate had him on the ground and the bell rang. McGregor saved by the bell, 1 more minute nate would have submitted him.
True Conor was saved twice by the bell
Hhaha
Yeah yeah, Nate didn't get dropped multiple times, Nate wasn't blinded by his own blood, even filthy casuals would give maximum of 2 rounds to Nate.
This is just daft...
@@gaunterodimm4206 nate is just a chin with excellent cardio and decent boxing
@@steveguy3 he’s a punching bag
This was the fight that proved Conor was as true a fighter as anyone else. I think this Conor is still in him and I hope he can bring this part of him back
Conor clearly won rounds 1 2 and 4. There was no 10-8. Let it go
I think that people were influenced in how when Diaz was in the ascendancy it was reminiscent of the moments before Nate finished him in the first fight.
1st round could be 10-8
Roy Nelson There was no barely, Conor won decisively. Nate only won the first time because Conor had to put on too much weight too fast. He clearly showed that that 1st fight was a fluke. You can be mad all you want but Nate never had what it takes to be champ and yet, Conor did. Nate is a veteran and that’s all
Round 3 was a 10-8 for Nate and the round where he got dropped twice was a 10-8 for Conor. Just my take
This is just proof of how bias Joe Commentary is.
The turning point was Kavanaghs talk after round 3.. Calm positive words, can see McGregor focusing and catching that second wind.
nate is a beast .... you just can"t ignore that he is one of the greatest fighters in ufc , i have a great respect for nate , like him or dont he is the badass of stocton california
This conar was the most focused, dangerous , conar we ever see.
