- Here is a great chair cardio workout. You can really get your heart rate up with this one. Give it a try. This was filmed on Easter Sunday and we had a special guest. He’s a bit annoying and definitely a show off. He showed up. Have fun.
I have a badly sprained ankle and really needed something to get me moving - without moving! I did this twice and think I'll repeat a couple of times a day.

As far as thigh gap goes… I think it may depend more on your build. I’m a small person and have never had a gap there. If you have had a gap previously then it’s possible you may get it back but unfortunately you can’t really spot reduce. I hope that helps.
