    SCHEZWAN TRIPLE FRIED RICE
    Preparation time 10-15 minutes
    Cooking time 25-30 minutes
    Serving 2-4
    Ingredients
    For Boiling Rice
    1 ltr Water, पानी
    2 cups Basmati rice, soaked, बासमती चावल
    1 tsp Oil, तेल
    For Schezwan paste
    15-20 Dry red chilli, soaked, dessed, सुखी लाल मिर्च
    3 Garlic cloves, लहसुन
    ¼ cup Oil, तेल
    1 inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
    Prepared red chilli paste, तैयार लाल मिर्च का पेस्ट
    ½ tbsp Coriander tender steam, chopped, धनिया के डंठल
    ½ tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
    ¼ cup Tomato ketchup, टमाटर केचप
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
    For Manchurian Balls
    ½ Cabbage, finely chopped, पत्ता गोभी
    1 medium size Carrot, grated, गाजर
    1 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
    4-5 French beans, chopped, फ्रेंच बींस
    1 tbsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
    1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
    2 tbsp Cornstarch, कॉर्न स्टार्च
    2 tbsp Gram flour, बेसन
    ½ tsp Baking soda, खाने का सोडा
    Oil for frying, तेल
    For Schezwan Rice
    1 tbsp Oil, तेल
    ½ inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
    2-3 Garlic, chopped, लहसुन
    1 medium size Carrot, chopped, गाजर
    2 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
    ¼ cup French beans, chopped, फ्रेंच बींस
    ½ Capsicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
    1 ½ tsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
    ½ tsp Black pepper powder, काली मिर्च का पाउडर
    ¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
    1 ½ tbsp Prepared schezwan paste, तैयार शेज़वान का पेस्ट
    1 cup Noodles, boiled, नूडल्स
    1 ⅓ cups Prepared boiled rice, उबले हुए चावल
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
    ¼ cup Spring onion, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
    For Sauce
    2 tsp Oil, तेल
    ½ inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
    2 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन
    2 tbsp Spring onion white part, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
    1 heaped tbsp Prepared schezwan paste, तैयार शेज़वान का पेस्ट
    ½ tbsp Tomato ketchup, टमाटर केचप
    ½ tsp Soy sauce, सोया सॉस
    ⅓ cup Water, पानी
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
    ¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
    1 tbsp Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम
    1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
    For Garnish
    Fried noodles, तले हुए नूडल्स
    Coriander leaves, धनिया पत्ता
    Process
    For Boiling Rice
    In a sauce pot add water. Once it starts boiling add soaked basmati rice.
    Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame. Once it's done strain the rice.
    Keep it aside.
    For Schezwan Chilli Paste
    In a grinder jar, add soaked dry red chillies, garlic cloves and grind into a smooth paste.
    Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger. Saute for a minute. Add prepared red chili paste, coriander stem. Saute it well.
    Add vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt to taste, mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes
    Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
    For Manchurian Balls
    In a bowl , add cabbage, carrot, green chili, French beans, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Add cornstarch, ground flour, baking soda. Mix everything well.
    Make lemon sized balls of this mixture and keep aside.
    Heat oil in a kadhai on medium heat, deep fry the balls until golden brown and crispy. Remove and keep aside for further use.
    For Sauce
    In a pan heat oil and add ginger, garlic, spring onion white part then saute for a few seconds on high heat.
    Now add prepared schezwan paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, water, salt, sugar and bring it to a boil.
    Then add corn-starch slurry and let it thickens then add fried manchurian balls and continue cooking for half a minute.
    Finish it with coriander leaves and set aside for further use.
    For Assembling Triple Schezwan Rice
    In a wok or pan heat oil on high heat and add ginger, garlic, carrot, green chillies, french beans, capsicum and saute for a minute on high.
    Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, sugar, prepared schezwan paste, and saute for a few seconds.
    Then add boiled noodles, rice and toss it properly until everything is mixed well.
    Now add salt, and finish with spring onions then stir it once and switch off the flames.
    Serve hot in a bowl then pour the manchurian sauce with the balls and garnish with fried noodles, coriander leaves.

    Sir, I want to thank you from bottom of my hear, I have to tell this to you as you are changing lives of so many people. It was my son's birthday yesterday (14th April) looking at your videos of schzewan chutney, triple schzewan fried rice, Instant noodles, paneer chilli, I made all the 4 dishes and sir, I cooked in huge quantity (for around 25 people) each and every one were full of praises for all the dishes.     Humne 2 saal pehle ek vlogging channel start kia tha, Pata nahi kyu ladies vlogging kare to log achcha nahi maante, support nahi karte... Hamare sath bhi yahi hua jab humne vlogging chalu ki hamare husband ne strictly mana kar dia.. but kyuki hame bachpan se photography and videography ka bohot shauk tha, humne mana karne ke bawajood bhi inse chhup kar vlogging ki bachcho ne hume support kia... Shuru me kaafi dikkat hui.. but hamara interest dekh kar inhone ne bhi finally haan kar dia...magar rishtedaar abhi bhi galat hi smjhte hain. hum utne bade vlogger to nahi ban paaye magar fir bhi vlogging karte rehte hai bhale hi views naa ke barabar milte hain... logo ko batana chahte hai ladies bhi Vlogging kar skti hain or karna bhi chahie...     I cant over-emphasize how IMPORTANT this channel is for people who love food and cooking. Not to undermine others, but I have found a lot of channels to be just about quick cooking and instant gratification. Ranveer paaji actually makes us fall in love with the 'story' (although why he has stopped giving a background of the recipes, I am not sure).
