Sir jiiiii, THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking this initiative. I've seen Gochujang being used in a lot of Korean recipes and YOU made it so simple for us to make. KHUSHI KE AANSU ain't stopping. You just made your Ranveer Brar Family even bigger by introducing Korean recipes and I'm really happy to be a part of it. Once again a big THANKS to you and your team for simplifying whatever you teach us and giving us knowledge of the history of every recipe. 🫶🏼🫰🏼💜
Being an addict of k-dramas; I always wanted to taste kimchi. You have just guided me to my happiness. Thanks for the receipe. You are ❤
Have vegan kimchi at home - going to make this recipe right now!! - I can’t believe Korean food is becoming so popular internationally, especially in India. My girlfriend has been eating Korean food in Bangladesh since 2005 and is so excited that this is becoming more mainstream in her neighbour’s yard 👍🏽😃🥰
yes I learn some Korean dishes from youtube favorite is glass noodles 🍜
Ranveer ji! Respect for you and your team. There is so much to unpack in this presentation!!!! For one, you filled a gap on RUclips... helping us make Korean dishes with available ingredients. Why is it a gap when so many RUclipsrs are creating videos on them you say. It is because your training as a chef gives us a scientific understanding of how the ingredients are going to interact with each other. Hence, we are not left with guessing which ingredients available in our kitchen are ideal alternatives. It gives us that control over determining how it is going to turn out. You also take on a journey into the trajectory of the dish or ingredients as well as the culture then and now. So it is not just theory+practical. It is a comprehensive collection drawn on from philosophy, science, history, culture and practicality. You are like that one favourite professor we all have who makes the class so interesting that we feel sad when the lecture ends... You are like the Freddie Mercury of cooking. Real good music, like the recipe or dish and the knowledge about it, but delivered in a casual laidback manner with theatrics that caramelizes everything into a blast of flavour/experience we never expected. Even if the dish may be a simple one (of course, you make the difficult ones also look simple), I feel I understand it better and it make me more confident cooking it.
Edit:
One more thing. You and your team are very sensitive when making dishes that belong to other cultures or sub-cultures. You are teaching young minds how respecting a different culture does not mean you are betraying your culture, but that you are secure enough in your culture that you can truly appreciate a culture for what it is...
Good job thank you chef 👨🍳 👍 from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Good one Mr. Brar. Probably one of the first popular chefs I have seen that's venturing into cuisines of our asian counterparts. And it's much needed I would say.. The interwebs is saturated with a million trditional indian recipes nowadays.

저는 한국인이고, 이것은 김치도 아니고 김치볶음밥도 아닌 무엇이지만, 충분히 맛있어 보이는 또다른 음식입니다.
He fucked up korean receipe😅😅
Ofcourse it is not it is just alternate because we dont prefer eating meat and one more thing ingredients available in korea are not available in India so it's just a substitute...but let me tell you one thing come t India and have different cuisines of different states you will definitely forget the korean meat🤣😂

Dekh ke craving badh gy 😂
I didn't know BTS was this well known in India too. I live in the States where they are the talk of not only the music industry but among the general public too. I have been living away from India since I was eight so I didn't learn Indian recipes growing up. Recently I made the egg bhurji recipe from your channel and it's the best. I have never ever made such delicious egg bhurji. Now I can't decide which recipe to try next bc they're all so good!
I think I'll try this recipe next! The store has kimchi fried rice in the frozen section but it's hella expensive and not as flavorful. I love how you appreciate foods from different cultures. You do your research quite well. An open mind is capable of learning so much more than one that is biased!
I follow your recipes since a year now!! And honestly they've never disappointed me a bit...
You can try

I watched Mangchi's recipes and learnt a few veg stuff of her's :) Super healthy, super simple and super duper healthy. Kiddo loves it. Now will definitely learn and make your kimchi rice, coz i have been dying yo eat kimchi for a while now and didn't have the right recipe to make that chilli paste. Thanks to you, now i know how to :) Much love, enjoy all your jokes as much as the recipes :)

Hey Ranveer, Every time when you say "हमारा प्रिय मित्र धनिया", I feel its incomplete without making Kothimbir Vadi❣️ (कोथिंबीर वडी). Waiting for it and of course its story.
In Indian culture (unlike American), we use some respect hailing someone who is (at least in this respect) better than us.
"Hey Ranveer"? Has he told you he is your jigree dost and you can call him by that too familar first name ?
One does not get too familiar with others and pally-pally unless given permission. Please learn some rules of the culture game. It will help sometime.
As per my knowledge there are two recipes in Maharashtra use lots of coriander one is Kothimbir Vadi and second is Nagpuri Sambhar Vadi
I love the taste and texture of Tteobokki...tried to make with rice flour but was not as soft and chewy as restaurants ...I would love to see you making one and show the procedure for a homemade one! 💜
You have to use glutinous rice to get the right texture. Try Japanese sushi rice, it's easily available. Soak the rice in advance, let it drain and dry, then grind it finely before making tteok. Good luck!
The dhaniya on top was the best😂😂😂... that's me...I am Ranveer Brar of my house .. topping with dhaniya over anything and everything

Great presentation and marketing of Hangul wave, Chef ! Please tell the substitute of the kashmiri red chilli as heat in the chilli is important for me. Also, can we use some other vegetables like radish , zucchini or maybe potatoes to make kimchi?
Hangul is connected to d language of Korea i.e. it's d system of writing of korean language. Hanguk, on the other hand,is the native name of S. Korea, same as Bharat z to India. Hunguk-wave seems more appropriate here bcz we r talking about korea, here in d form of food, n not d Korean language
@Hema Goel yes we can make kimchi with radish, zucchini
