Limbo - All Hidden Egg Locations / Achievements

This video shows the locations of all 10 hidden eggs and their corresponding achievements in Limbo for PS3 and PC. Please be aware that the chapter numbers and amount of hidden eggs differs from the first Limbo version on Xbox.
You don't have to collect all eggs in one playthrough. After you've finished the game you can replay each level.
By collecting all eggs you open the door to a new secret alternate route/ level in chapter 26. Beating this quite difficult hidden level rewards you with the also hidden Ding! achievement. A video walkthrough for the secret hidden level can be found here • Limbo - Ding! Achievem... .

Note: The Backtracking egg is officially located at the end of chapter 30 but it's easier to go backwards from 31 without the brainslug.

I just got this game and I really like that you do these without speaking. I think commentary walkthroughs ruin the feel of the game. I wish more people did what you have done with the annotations instead of talking incessantly and fucking with the mood of the game. Thanks a lot, seriously.

The Alone in the Dark egg is actually located at the end of chapter 25 but it's easier to go backwards from 26.

In chapter 34 ( 7:15 ) on the XBOX-360 version there is another hidden egg on the upper ceiling in the area where the second box needs to be set free. It's in the far left corner. There is no trophy for getting it. However, you do hear a sort of musical tone when you crush it. Perhaps it unlocks something that's yet to be discovered?

FINALLY I've found someone else who found that egg!!! My friends and I spent HOURS trying to use the gravity and stacking the two boxes PERFECTLY in order to make it to that egg and finally got it but there was no achievement or anything and its been over 10 years but I finally have some kind of closure. it was so hard to get but gave us nothing! I still to this day cannot find any videos on it or why it was there. We figured it was left out of the achievements or thought to hard to get but they forgot to take out out of the game! I will never forget trying to stack the boxes while landing "on top" of them with the reverse gravity. If you have any more leads on this egg please let me know!

@@thebeegfoot LOL...seriously, that useless egg was a nightmare to get. I can't count how many times I tried moving those 2 crates over to that ledge only have the top crate fall off before I got to the ledge. By the way, the PS4 version has a bonus level that includes an extra egg & trophy.

Hey Limbo Gene, did you do the secret level achievement? There's a secret level that aXHNX also covers and there's a hidden egg in there. It's not even on the achievement list until you actually achieve it :)

I've been going at it for awhile for the second egg in the tree and my guy keeps making his jumps too short. He can't reach the rope. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, but I've been copying the same jump you did, but he won't grab the rope. His jumps are coming up a lil' short.
