Thanks. I had to replace my screen only and I was able to plan and execute with some knowledge of what was under there and how parts should be removed thanks to your video. A little less work than what you did here as i used same cable but this gave me the confidence to try myself and all worked out well.

Seller said - sorry, big monitor comes together with navigation😊 The question - if I buy somewhere big monitor and smart gadget, how can I know that it will fit? So if I don't have EntryNav it still won't look good? I have a 2012 328i SportLine with the smaller screen. My interface menus look like the examples you showed still pictures of. Can you code EntryNav to the car so that you can get the better resolution and split screen? Or am I stuck with the boring entry level stock interface? Thank for the videos btw! If you go on the site, we have a picture of what the screen would look like, with a little bit of stretch. On my old 328i (the white one) I had this screen in it and I'll tell you what. Question: so does this unit have apple car play? Hooks up via Bluetooth? You can mirror the iphone screen to the unit. While the screen is mirrored i assume the iphone and radio are on. How do you charge the iphone? My daughter has a 2014 320i and want to install a unit so her phone connects via Bluetooth and charges via Bluetooth. Please provide me a link so i can get one.

I am not an expert but I think I have an NBT drive already, but I would love to have the biggest screen and to be able to control as well the equalizer, I only have bass and treble.. But I dunno if those changes are possibles.

If not .. my question is .. is it possible to upgrade original bmw small screen to an original bmw wide "profi" screen? Some say it can't without upgrading the computer? Or was this with the older models an issue and did bmw make it more efficient with these new models so that ppl can upgrade whatever they want.

My f30 screen randomly goes off and back on when driving. From your experience could this be just a screen I need or possibly more?

Always do a great job. BUT, that screen should’ve came with built in CarPlay and the newer idrive at the minimum.
