  • Wondering how to use those fat quarters that we can't stop buying? Here's an idea!
    I used a 6-pack of fat-quarters for this quilt.
    I also used 1/2 yard of background fabric.
    You will need 5- 6" squares in each fabric
    You will need 5- 4" squares in each fabric
    You will need 2- 4.5" x 3.5" squares of background fabric for each block.
    Here's a handy fat-quarter cutting chart to use for this quilt:

    I think you meant to say a 31/2 x 41/2 rectangle, not a 31/2 x 41/2 square. Love this block.

    Cute pattern. Can you tell the difference between fabric from a quilt store vs a big box store?

    • @revelationquilts
      @revelationquilts  Год назад +1

      I can. The quality is slightly lower. But it’s not so low that it leads to issues with the quilt. Our mothers & grandmothers made quilts from far less quality fabric.

    • @revelationquilts

      This one I got from Walmart. It was super cheap - $14 I think. The one I had before got recalled. It's a Steamfast iron. I never put water in them. They will last longer that way.
