It is surprisingly good but to me it taste better in juice.I use pineapple or orange juice. I have this usb powered protein mixer cup I use&it helps it not have like a gritty taste(its on my channel;)

Hola Erika yo preferible tomármelo en las mañanas en ayunas ya que también he visto muchos Videos que gente se lo toma en las mañanas antes de desayunar pero al igual también te lo puedes tomar a cualquier hora durante el día pero yo personalmente prefiero tomarme lo en ayunas ya que siento que si me ha funcionado de esa manera
