Thank you for sharing. We've had so much to learn during the transition to teenage years. Firstly how our teenagers yelling at us was a trigger for our emotions and how we need to regulate ourselves.. some days it's easy, others not so much! We're certainly getting better and I recognise this as another gift from our child to us as parents. Who knew they had so many lessons for US! I'm loving how my daughter is surprising us with moments of trust. Sharing her inner most thoughts and secrets. It's a scary, wonderful, fascinating, painful, joyful and all the other feels all at once. Thanks for your words of wisdom ❤
