Came for gasket information...you did not disappoint! Thanks
Happy to help my man! Happy diff changes!
those hex bolts are the bane of my existence
8th wonder of the world
Spillage... I feel your pain. Happens to me all the time. Thank you for sharing this!
Haha! Worst part of the job. Thanks for watching.
the barking earned you a new subscriber 😂😂, enjoy your vids already
Bahahha. Thanks my man!
You ever changed the cv axle?
A few! This truck hasn’t needed one yet!
how much fluid does the front transfer case take?
Should be all in the transfer case video!
1.6qt for the front diff. 1.5qt for transfer case. 3.2qt for rear diff
Are they the same gaskets for the rear diff?
I can’t remember for sure. I have videos on the T case and both diffs that will confirm that info for ya!
The rear fill and drain plugs use the same gasket as the front fill plug. the front drain plug has a different one since the bolt is so different. what's odd is the transfer case uses a completely different gasket even though the bolts are the same as the rear and front diffs
what size hex bolt
10mm I believe.
How many miles do you have on your rig?
270k KM!
i didn’t watch far enough and spilled a bunch too 😭
Bahahhaa! That made my day.
@@looseaxles I also have a 2007 and i just discovered your channel it’s super super helpful
Thrilled to hear it Matthew! Congrats on the 2007 buy - it’s the best year in my opinion ;) We got tons more content coming - stoked to have you along for the ride!
dude i think you should address the oil leak first... that diff looks covered in oil...
Just dirt and grease from old torn CV’s :)
@@looseaxles then could i suggest a hose?
