earlier in the trial he said once she was calling a friend and shouting like johnny was attacking her while he was in fact just standing 20 feet away from her. shes been trying to frame him forever and project every bit of her own evil onto him. shes such a classic narcissist its scary. and she has no idea how bad she looks in the eyes of others. she has no idea cos the lack if developed mind makes her look like a little kid trying to fool her parents. its a syndrome and a mental illness. she needs therapy and johnny needs to be aquitted of the abuser/wifebeater alligations that has ruined his carrer and life so far.

She starts the conflict, deflects de-escalation attempts, and when I'd say "let's take a break and come back to this", boom abandonment anxiety kicks in like it's the end of everything, and escalates her anger and violence even more.

Johnny actually stated at the beginning of this trial that he was the first to start recording their fights. Because Amber would argue the next day that she did not say whatever he claimed she said. She kept lying or saying she did not remember. So he told her he is gonna start recording it to play it back to her to remind her of what she said. He always told her when he was going to record their fight to have her permission. Then she started to record it as well without telling him.
@@MikitkaN it was actually recommended by their therapist. He also recorded her without her knowing. There’s a literal audio of her asking him to stop recording her secretly and he blew up on her.

Amber’s lawyer’s only play small snippets of their arguments, they conveniently leave out the parts where she relentlessly taunts him until he reacts then she has the audacity to turn around & play the victim like look how he talks to me. This woman is truly infuriating & Idk how Johnny put up with her for so long, I can barely stand to listen to the way she talks to him in the recordings.

@@rosemurphy6285 Ok & she wants us to believe that she was always walking on eggshells around Johnny & terrified of him, yet in the recordings it’s clear Amber’s the instigator & aggressor & when he would try to walk away from a fight she would do all she could even striking him at times to keep him engaged in the argument. That is not the behavior of a DV victim. I am a survivor & I would go out of my way to avoid upsetting or provoking my abuser as I knew the consequences triggering them would bring.
I genuinely believe the reason why the evidence contradicted a lot of her claims is because she is stealing others stories not telling her own. Smh.

I knew someone who would put cigarettes out on themselves to self harm. The mark it makes is VERY distinct and doesn't go away entirely. Wouldn't Amber want to show that kind of thing as evidence? But she hasn't. Strange no?
As you say it is a very long lasting and sometimes permanent scar. I'd not expect her to do any such thing. She's an actress and vain, no way.
I still have a burn scar from when I was 3. They are definitely different and long lasting
When I was younger, I was running up the stairs and got a cigarette flicked on me. I was around the age 6 at the time and I’m 22. The mark is still there and people confuse it for a birth mark. If she wanted to make her case stronger, she could present a photo of that mark.

@@murasakinomorado7210 depends on the state’s laws. Here in Arizona, only one person has to be aware that the call is being recorded. Amber’s use of the recordings proved to be Johnny’s very best evidence, and considering the unrivaled value those recordings normally provide and the unbiased information they provide (assuming they’re not edited) they should be legally allowed in every state in the country, imho. But I’m speaking from a civil case standpoint. Criminal cases I’m less convinced the tool would be used honorably and not lead to Patriot Act-like consequences like violations of everyone’s privacy just to arrest the few.
Your commentary on AH is the best I have read online. She was the author of her own evil destruction and every scheme backfired. Johnny has always been a kind soul, especially to his fans.

My ex-fiance used to record our arguments all the time (and we argued A LOT). He kept pushing me more and more each time and would often instigate fights that would turn physical. He'd store the recordings and show it to his folks & friends to paint me as the abuser. He just loved playing the victim! Biggest regret of my life.

When she said "get off me", you can hear Johnny's response was "talk to you later". He actually repeated it a couple times as she was trying to keep engaging him and he was just trying to get away. Even their voices were coming from different distances. Any person with half a brain can understand he was already walking away when she'd said that and probably didn't even hear her exact words, which means he was never on her in the first place.
Yes!! It is all so obvious and it only took listening 1 time to make it all out. This recording is a clear indication that she did fabricate her recordings!! I went through DV and the last thing on my mind at those very hard moments, the last thing I thought of was to record them. AH was building her own case and with all she built the case with she will also destroy it!! She really needs mental help…although I’ve heard that a narcissistic person is very hard to help as they are not so capable of admitting or accepting their actions/behavior or that they were ever wrong for all their damage towards others!!

Completely agree with you. My friend accidentally stumbled into me whilst drunk and accidentally nicked me with her cigarette and I have a scar and this was nearly 10 years ago. If I have a scar from that, I could only imagine the scar you'd have from an intentional burn as you have said. Let's hope the people can see right through this manipulation of hers.

She took away one of the best actors in my life. Iv seen all his movies. And one thing run's trough all his characters and that is calmness. No way JD beats anyone. Do he have problems with drugs and alcohol yes. Does that mean he hit women NO! My experience with people using the drugs he use is they get relaxed. It's people only drinking alcohol that is violent. I'm sure being with Amber caused him to use more drug's than ever before. I had an ex like this. She was not well in her mind. I could go to the shop when I came back she had drank a case of beer and she would leash out screaming and trying to hit me and I had done nothing. I also tried to walk away cause my moto is to never hit a woman or kids or animals. But man was I frustrated sometimes. In the end I left her and she went on uncontrolled. Last time I heard of here a friend told me she had started with heavy stuff and was prostitude. When I met here she seemed perfect man was I wronge.

After hours of recording that’s the best of Amber’s attorneys could come with and it is only incriminating for Amber. Thanks the jury was able to see through and justice was served. And after all of this, Amber and her loser attorney have the guts to blame the jury being influenced by the media. Amber is such a despicable human being.

Isn't Depp the plaintiff? Heard is the defendant. Depp brought the suite against Heard. According what I just watched, he must have recorded several of these videos because they are labeled as plaintiff's exhibits.
I was like "how old is she?" She literally has recordings of all their arguments. Couples do argue and say things they shouldn't say to each other out of anger. These recordings, were purpose driven, something is not right with her, it's like she was trying to destroy her relationship with him.

BUT they are overwhelming the jury with too many of these, hoping they miss mostly everything except the snippets lawyers selected for them or highlighted for them in the transcript

In one of the recordings, JD said the word "bloodbath" as an obvious way to refer to an ugly fight. AH, knowing the conversation was on tape, tried hard to cling to that word to emphasize it, to the point of getting confused when she speaks and using it out of place in one sentence. She's scarily manipulative.

(not so) fun fact: she actually has been arrested for domestic violence before, though not against Johnny. In September 2009 a police officer witnessed Heard assaulting her then-girlfriend and took her into custody. Amber then attempted a smear campaign against this officer claiming the arrest was unfounded and that the cop did it simply because they were homophobic. The gotcha moment- that cop is an open lesbian woman.

I had an ex who would scream at me and push me but then when I made a point, he would walk away and I would follow because I was so enraged at him that I felt the right to have my say. When I told my therapist about that argument, she got really upset with me and said that was controlling behavior and I needed to stop it immediately. I asked her to explain what she meant and she said that if a person chooses to walk away from a heated argument, they have that right, ESPECIALLY if there's a real imminent threat of physical violence. She said it can always be given 5 or even 30 minutes for both parties to cool off and try talking again. When one person is dead set on being right (me in my anecdote,) there IS no reconciliation. Thankfully, I have learned to do better now.

The problem with audio, especially when only one party knows something is recording, is it makes it quite easy to paint a narrative. We don't know whats actually happening in these recordings. Like when she's says, "Get off me" we don't know if he's actually doing anything to her or that's just her trying to be manipulative. The fact that she's has so many recordings shows some level or planning, but not enough for video? Just seems kind of sketchy.

I feel like a major reason he doesn’t do anything to deny her claims in those recordings when she makes them - aside from knowing that if he disagrees with her she will absolutely not stop until she wears him down - is that she does speak very theatrically and I feel it’s completely reasonable to assume that she was speaking metaphorically. Sort of like claiming that someone hit you where it hurt or kicked you while you were down. You don’t mean their foot physically contacted your body, you mean they said something that hurt you when you were already upset. I feel like that’s how she was framing it during the argument, but the small snippet they decide to play for the court doesn’t give any of that context.
These are not the recordings of a victim, they're recordings of a manipulative and toxic partner.
