But they have nothing but speculation, hearsay, no real evidence, going AGAINST a professional Psychologist and asking 10.000 of the same questions.

This is a civil case, so no jail time. It’s likely he’ll win this case since the burden of proof is beyond a reasonable preponderance (51% likelihood the allegations are true). In criminal court there has to be a 99% chance, he could also win. However, statue of limitation says 6 years, max, for domestic violence cases. So it’d unfortunately be thrown out, and prosecutors wouldn’t pursue.

lawyers are allowed to play with any witness's feelings, not to a point of genuine disrespect or outright rudeness, but it is a strategy to rile someone up to get them to trip in their words. (Paraphrasing): "mR. dEpP sAiD bOrDeRliNe AnD yOu SaId TyPe B pErSoNaLiTy"
Heard does have a type B personality. The evidence shows there is something wrong with her behaviour. Those audio recordings show she is emotional and destructive (classic for a Borderline personality).

"The pattern is stable and of long duration, and its onset can be traced back at least to adolescence or early adulthood."
During my clinical psychology degree, practitioners giving lectures on personality disorders generally told us that the behavior being present by the time one enters adulthood (age 18 in my part of the world) will make up 99% of all PD cases.
If you have a proper understanding of personality disorders and the intense dysfunction they bring, you will understand why it is so unlikely that such a large qualitative difference (going from no to a PD) would occur in middle adulthood. Forensic psychologists are appropriate for a crime case this is not a crime case it's a civil lawsuit. Many people fall for this thinking that the forensics psychologist is going to help exonerate them... When would a forensic psychologist does is look for pathologies. A forensic psychologist is going to find pathologies in most everyone... But people innocently take any evaluation baking and believing that it somehow will exonerate them when would it is actually designed to do regardless of who is taking it... Is to find all of their pathologies. People believe forensic psychologists are just scientists free of bias... And that what they're doing could not possibly be anything but objective science. However that is not true. Regardless of who is being tested interpretation of facts and subjective interpretation is 100% of what a forensic psychology assessment is it's merely an opinion.. regardless of who it is about...
