I like listening to my favorite songs with you.
Luv to c ur reactions to rock I've been listening to since I was born!! Kepp rocking bruthr n ENJOY!! And I'm 57 years old.lmaooo
My Dad loved this song, he would often quote the line "Tongue-tied and twisted, just an earth-bound misfit, I". My Dad was a huge Pink Floyd fan, he even got to see them live back in '88 at Mile High Stadium in Colorado and he went to several tribute concerts. Evey time I hear a Pink Floyd song now that he's passed it brings tears to my eyes.
I miss my Dad so much.
I got to see them in 75 for my birthday at the Capital Center outside of Wash. DC. They did the entire Dark side of the Moon album and some off the Wish you were here. It was one hell of an experience.
My heart is with you
This is my dad's favorite song and album, as well. Personally, I like Meddle as my favorite. We can talk Pink Floyd for hours...all time GOATs.
@@alanlantz5131 Thank you!
have a hug from a stranger !! ME BRO !
The “delicate sound of thunder” concert on video is just as good! Pink Floyd has the absolute best concerts ever!
Best concert I ever saw was Floyd! Best light show ever.
I seen a lot of shows by a lot of artists but the 78 Animals concert in Cleveland totally blew my mind.
@@lorriredmon7531 I upvoted the vid for "Pink Floyd is LIT" lol!
TIME is another great song from the Pulse Concert. The lyrics deliver an important message.
One of my favorite Pink Floyd songs is "One Slip". ❤️
Yes, One slip, Yet another movie, and terminal frost. So magical.
One of my favourites too. Just love it.
@@lovejetfuel4071 Absolutely LOVE Terminal Frost.
What can be said about Pink Floyd other than they are the best band to ever step on stage. Period!!!
"Echoes", my friend. Both the original Pompeii performance and the Gdansk concert version with Richard Wright's last performance are world class.
RIP Rick Wright. The whole Meddle album is perfect all the way through.
Pink Floyd is one of those bands that you just dont listen to their music, you experience it ...nothing less. Their concerts are a true audio and visual experience
Stay with this concert and watch “Time” and “The great gig in the sky” together. They are back to back songs in this concert. Enjoy the emotional journey.
Love that you gave a shout out to the sublime backup singers, and the electrifying way their presence is used in the production, like eerie, sexy, elegant sirens. That female touch is one of the most key ingredients that really elevate this concert to to an unearthly level of cool.
Their music is Art and will stay YOUNG forever
seen these cats in 1986 or 87 in Raleigh NC. They were AMAZING but expected no less than AMAZING!!!
After the name "Pink Floyd" spent years in British court in the 80s, David and the gang finally prevailed.
After which, they released one of their best albums ever "Momentary Lapse of Reason." Proving Pink Floyd was here to stay.
It never went to court, but as Gilmour has said "the lawyers made a lot of money". They settled out of court.
This is incredible. There are 10 people on the stage:
- 3 guitarists
- 2 drummers (one of them jumps)
- 3 background singers
- 2 keyboardists
Pink Floyd hits you full force in all your senses. Every detail is ingenious perfection. ❤❤❤
Keep talking was my favorite song at the Pulse concert.
Don't know who else knows this song - "Fearless" (off of Meddle). It's such a chill, simple acoustic song, but it always grabs me
You HAVE to check out On The Turning Away, live. Mind blowing stuff!!
One of those songs, the lyrics are Dead Truth.
On The Turning Away, the live version remastered 2019. The channel is HDPinkFloyd. Goose bumps will get goose bumps.
Thanks to reacting to this amazing performance. It came from later on in their career, but it's one of my favorite songs of theirs. My favorite parts of this song are how the lights beam out into the audience in the middle of the song and the guitar soloist by the guest guitar player Tim Renwick. Also, a fun fact: Both David Gilmour (guitarist/singer) and Nick Mason (drummer) have their pilot's licenses in real life.
I get chills every time I listen to this song, too! Pink Floyd has a reputation for putting on spectacular live shows. I wish I'd caught one before they quit.
From the Pulse concert, check out SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND. It is another excellent live performance by Pink Floyd.
Pulse Tour, yes! Ty!🤗
The radio conversation you can hear in the background was a conversation between Nick Mason (the drummer) and the control tower, a pre-takeoff check on one of his flying lessons. He and Gilmour both qualified as pilots. Talented bastards.
I absolutely love to see the reactions when someone like this discovers a music legend like this.
Yea....baby...love the beat...guitar...voice..drums....etc...
Adog you will like this one react to pink floyd's solo album: David Gilmour - On An Island featuring Crosby & Nash
Watching and listening to Pink Floyd, ( especially the Pulse concert), makes me feel so good. Watching and listening to your reactions makes me feel so good! What a Win Win video!
Yes OMG those 3 girls in the back, just trees waving calm in the wind 😍😍😍
I highly recommend watching the movie the Wall by Pink Floyd, mind blowing (or numbing) what a life that man had as a child, so sad.
I love how you’re enjoying it so much!
Yes more pink Floyd!
You got to check out "one of these days" from this concert.
The other guitarist playing is Tim Renwick...not TOO shabby...
Hopefully one of these days you can check out TIME by Pink Floyd, live at the Pulse Concert.
Great reactions dude, next suggestion - High Hopes from the Pulse concert, enjoy the ride...
I saw a lot of great bands live back in the day but one of my biggest regrets was not seeing Pink Floyd live. 😭
Every song from this Pulse concert is lit!
They had an old bomber flying over us in Knebworth in 1976 or 1975 which was open air we were all wondering WTF then when the floyd came on the airplane came down really low as if you could touch it and then it appeared to crash into the back of the stage when the whole thing exploded amazing finale to a concert, changed me for life that concert
Just an earthbound misfit, I 💖💖💖💖💖
One of my favorite songs by Pink Floyd so glad you loved it
my all time fav floyd song.
I was sooo high when I saw them live in Pittsburg.
Next one from Pink Floyd - Dogs ( with lyric ) = 17 min song 😎👍
Both drummers in this song are incredible. What a performance!!!
This is my absolute favorite song of all my favorites
A Momentary Lapse Of Reason...in my opinion is when Pink Floyd fully left their psychedelic phase and embraced their ultimate ethereal sounding music. Just phenomenal!
One the my top 5 favorite groups! I would love you to react to "On The Turning Away" It's deep and meaningful.
One of the very few bands who are actually better live than in the studio.
My very first concert was Pink Floyd. I believe it was 1994 - The Division Bell bell album. I went 2x's and what an experience. I probably had commented about that in one of the other videos. lol. Love your reaction!!
Yo Dogg! We’re loving you doing Pink Floyd! They are the goat of progressive rock! Also my son and I are Rams fans from N.Y.
I saw Pink Floyd in Denver blew my mind🤠
Tim Renwick is one of the most under rated guitarists, the dude is pretty amazing... 5:22
Pink Floyd - Dogs of War............this is such a bad ass song and i see many reactors reacting to Pink Floyd's song Dogs and i cant help but think they got the wrong song, Dogs of War is a really great song and should be one you react to. Plus with the situation in Ukraine the lyrics are fitting.
I suggest you check out Peter Gabriel's Secret World concert videos with guest singer, Paula Cole. The musicianship and sound quality are akin to Pink Floyd.
I'll vote for KEEP TALKING
Listening to this while tripping out is something else, you can hear every little detail in the background and more, The artistry is out of this world. No wonder they are in the top three best bands ever.
What are the other bands in your top 3?
i have "just an earthbound misfit i "tatted on my right arm. i just love your reactions dude. you're so genuine.
Pink Floyd is an experience. Watch the movie you will understand more
Psychedelic to the max!🙂❤️
I saw Pink Floyd on the Delicate sound of thunder tour. It was awesome. One of the best concerts of my lifetime.
This song is literally how David Gilmore felt when getting his pilots license
he now owns a ww2 British Spitfire fighter plane.
Tim Renwick, astounding guitarist
Never be another Pink Floyd!
pink floyd is great
Check out 'Sorrow'.
If you can find them on Vinyl or Tape, put on your headphones. You will hear them as you have bever heard them before.
PF fan since I first heard them as a teen. They are SOO great!
“I’m gettin’ nervous here, what’s going on?” Love your reactions.
Love ya brother! Thanks for enjoying great music 🎶
One of my faves, especially since Gilmour does have his pilots license and flying is one of his hobbies.
You really need to react to "Speak to me/breathe/on the run" live by Pink Floyd as 1 video not separately. Talk about hearing an aeroplane, you will be floored on this video.
For more Floyd fun try Childhoods End and right into Free Four from the Obscured By Clouds album.
The Division Bell is another badass one..Enjoy!!
You convinced me, I just subscribed dude!! I was born in 1960, had an older brother that showed me great music when I was14, took me to my first concert when I was 15 (cost $5.50, tax included !!) and I have grown up with what I consider the best music ever, still better than what they put out today.
And Pink Floyd has always been a band apart, as far as I'm concerned. No other band comes close, never have, never will.
So, a couple of important points about Pink Floyd : a lot of their albums were concept albums, and were meant to be listened to from first song to last, the only interruption being to turn the vinyl album over to side two. On vinyl, these albums had NO breaks between songs, one flowed right into the next and it was hard to tell when the song actually changed. These albums are, in order, Dark Side of the Moon (1973), Wish You Were Here (1975), Animals (1977) and The Wall (1979). The first time listening to any song from any of these albums, should be while listening to the whole album in order to get the atmosphere of the lead in and how it fades into the next song, and the overall context of the song in regard to the rest of the album. Once that is set, then individual songs can be fully enjoyed afterwards....
And, just FYI, Dark Side Of The Moon STILL holds the record for being on the Top 100 chart, at 952 (I think) WEEKS!!!! Over 18 YEARS!!! Gives an idea of how their music still applies going forward. THAT is great music.
Dude, when you say that this show was lit, my mental reply was 'every show they did was lit, they were known for it.' Example : When they toured after releasing the Dark Side of the Moon album, their show here in Montreal Canada was in an open air, no roof stadium. They had rigged a large scale replica of a Cesna type plane on wires, and it glided over a highway, into the stadium, burning the whole time, and crashed behind the stage!! Police received 1,000s of 911 calls, but had been forewarned so were able to tell the callers that it was part of the show. Still, this was 1973 or 1974. No WAY could a group get permission to do something like that today! But then, they did not always ask. One of the shows I went to, they used real fireworks as a distraction!! They ended their third of fourth encore with fireworks that blew up about 10 or 20 feet below the CLOSED ROOF. By the time the stunned audience recovered enough to start chanting for another encore, they had already left the stadium to head for their hotel, I saw them enter the limos right after the fireworks blew. And using fireworks on that scale in a closed stadium, is, or was, totally illegal. But they did it anyway. Nobody in the audience was going to tell on them, that's for bloody sure!!
Gotta' give it to him. Gilmour went epic with a song about someone getting his pilots license.😅
DAYUM!, i got chills 2!
Pink Floyd has one of the best laser shows ever but fun fact some states and countries outlawed him from doing the laser shows because they found out that the lasers would literally split atoms
the is music and there are songs, then there is Ponk floyd. hard to put any band in comparison but one song i would listen to that is possibly the best acoustic song and performances of all time. David Gray Babylon live on the Howards Stearn show
Adele ( I Drink Wine ) live at the Britt Awards 2022.
They are Legendary brah!
Pure CLASS. 🙌🙌🙌
Hi, I been dangling my feet in the water for a lil bit but now I’m diving in with a subscribe 💯👍🏻
Next song should be - Five Finger Death Punch "Wrong Side of Heaven". Not only is this song worthy of a reaction, but the video as well. They used their official music video to call attention to a major problem in America that everyone can unite behind.
I love this song
Next "keep talking" intro by Stephen Hawkings. Just found this : Checkout ( former Floyd bass player and founder) the start of the award winning concert. Roger Waters "In the Flesh" ( live) ) from Roger Waters The Wall. (digital video) rare hard to fine non bootleg video of this concert. A great 4 minute intro. Roger left the Floyd in 1985 with all the rights to "The Wall" except 5 songs that Pink Floyd can play.
Just FYI, Ice-T isn’t just an actor. He started out as a rapper, former gang member and also created his own metal band called, BODY COUNT. Here’s his explanation of his love for hardcore/ metal. Here’s Body Counts Slayer cover: ruclips.net/video/LPHJLB1ZeAc/видео.html. They also just won a Grammy for Body Count. ENJOY! 🤘🏻😎😎🎸🎸🥁
I love your reactions because of how much you love music especially Pink Floyd.
have you done one of these days from the pulse concert?
Great song choice. It is one of my favorites from Pink Floyd. I like how they have the sounds of air traffic control around the middle of the song. But of course, the instrumentation and vocals are superb. Nice job, Adogg.
If you want your mind blown, try Pink Floyd's "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict".
Great track Adogg! Did you notice it was the backing guitarist who got the chance to shine during this performance? Do the song Time from the same concert next, probably my favourite song of all time.
Hello from Cody Wyoming! You're awesome keep it up... I love your energy🤠
Any Live Pulse song is amazing. Check out Keep Talking from Live Pulse.
Listen to "Money", a great song with great guitar solo.
This is a contender for my favorite PF song. This vid is really good, but I like the studio version better.
Adogg...I love watching you dig the tunes. Music is love brother ! Where you at ? Do you play an instrument ? Just subscribed. Keep it comin'... Your new fan...W. Stamm Johnson
check out Dogs or sheep from the Animals album!
FIRE WOMAN by THE CULT 🔥🔥🔥
