wow, finally someone showed where and how the module gets mounted. nice work. i watched 10 other vids, none of the Einsteins showed the finished install. keep well man
Yes, you can physically remove vessel view from one motor and put on another boat. The app allows you to login regardless of which boat it is on. Hope that helps.
I saw your video and bought this thing. Don't work on a brand new powerhead for a mercury 250hp. I sent it back for a replacement thinking a bad one. Got it in and still will not work a mercury 250hp new dressed powerhead. Starcraft light will not light up. Wasted my time and money.
Thanks for the information. For clarification, you put it on a motor that the vessel view specifically states it it made for and it didn't work? Is that correct?
@@MoneyBass yes. A brand new$140000 dressed powerhead from mercury warehouse. Try two of them Starcraft light will not come on. Ran the engine Starcraft light still would not come on. Even took it to a mercury certified tech he couldn't get it to come on. I call mercury they didn't have a clue as to who they let answer the phone to this matter.
Update I took my vessel back to the marine mechanic. After doing some serious looking they found out it was my wiring harness of my 2010 Nitro Z8. They had to add a piece to the wiring harness. Now it work like a charm. I see all faulty codes. Just wanted to give my update and it work like it should. I see hours ,rpm, speed, and faults. 🙂

Are vessel view transferable to the new owner to setup??
