Strong, straightforward, and soul saving preaching that we need to hear today and tomorrow! Very very few of the preachers and elders among us do the kind of preaching and teaching that we heard 40-50 years ago! Most of the pulpits among us are honey dripping, compromising, "lovey dovey", accept them with open arms mentality that destroys souls. The kind of preaching on this video is understandable and leads souls to King Jesus!

Wonderful lesson Bro Johnny! I am happy to announce that a woman that I was teaching was baptized into Christ tonight at the 13th Ave church of Christ in Oakland CA. She was first a Baptist and was presently a Pentecostal. Tonight she’s a Christian thanks to you and other brothers that I learn from! Thanks again my brother and rejoice. Keep preaching the truth!!

On the contrary it’s the denominational churches (Baptist in particular) that used excessive violence and hostility towards Johnny and his 2 sons! Would you agree or disagree and if you disagree, please tell me why?Id like to know?🤔

"Pentecostalism: A "Church" Without Biblical History - Johnny Robertson."
Frank White: Pentecostalism has built its church and sect on top of the early church in order to emphasize that the elect have arrived, completing what the early church had left incomplete doctrinally.

Historically, Baptist (Ana-Baptist) was a name the world gave. However, let us not forget that the world gave us the name Christian, that the late, great apostle Peter adopted and even used. Just because some have adopted the name "Baptist" doesn't make them unbiblical. Baptism is an ordinance that true believers recognize. So if the world sees me as a baptizer that only baptizes after regeneration, then I'll gladly wear that name.

I heard that when the bible says they were called christians, that the greek there is called in a divine sense so God gave us that name. Lets say the world did give us that name but still why make unnecessary divisions by calling ourselves a name that isnt biblical and we also shouldnt use it bc a denomination uses it to separate themselves bc their doctrine isnt biblical.
Also im not a baptist or a baptizer if i never baptize and neither are most "baptist".
I would kind of agree with you if christians are called baptist today but they are not. Christians are sometimes called campbellites, does that mean we should take on that name? I think not but i wouldnt be offended by it neither, just annoyed and disappointed.
Edit: oh i think ur saying baptist doctrine is correct and are trying to justify it. Its not correct. Thats why you have to be a hyphenated "christian" and dont care much about division.

The name "Baptist" does not make them unbiblical, but what they teach are unbiblical doctrines, their own additions and side paths. Baptism is an ordinance recognized by true Baptists, but baptism requires rebaptism, so the rebaptized are heretical and dangerous persons, and the spirits that work in them are not of God.

    • @sir3467

not true, it does, according to the bible the name of the church should have God/Jesus holy name in it.
      AKA
      Church Of Jesus Christ
      Church Of Christ
      Church Of God
Church of christ has chosen this name to to make it simple. And the bible actually calls is church of christ - Romans 16:16
