I'm Indian, born in India and raised in America. One point in my life a few years ago, I had a job in door to door sales. I happen to come upon a Palestinian residence. First minute, they listened to me and during the conversation I happened to mention that food they are cooking smells delicious. He asked if I was hungry. I said yes. They invited me into their home immediately and got me fully fed. Delicious food and nice people.
I know I am watching an old video, but the RUclips algorithm put this in my feed today in July 2024, because I viewed a video earlier on Palestinian food and I made Musakhan Chicken Rolls for some guests. I am glad I had this opportunity. Chef Reem, Thank you for what you do and for your eloquence. You are a joy to listen. Much respect!
