    What’s the issue with the 300 dislikes? He literally informed buyers or potential buyers how to use a product, gave his product and even gave a little background about himself. My guess is some of you all disliked it because the back the blue background.... let me know how that opinion changes after someone breaks into your house and you call the police and they give you a thumbs down and don’t bother 🤷🏻‍♂️. Thanks for the video man.

    Just wondering if it leaves bits of aluminum from the can in your beer after opening it

    • @palmettoedge1908
      @palmettoedge1908  4 года назад +6

      No it doesn’t. Many people, including ones that have previously commented on this video, fail to realize that these aren’t blades that are sawing the aluminum, leaving shavings all over the place. It crimps the aluminum. In my video there was a little burr left behind, but that was user error and I haven’t had that problem since.

    • @ubergigglefritz
      @ubergigglefritz 3 года назад

      Scratch that. You can maybe pull the top off with the tab. Maybe... If you pre-attached a string or something. I don't know how you would pull it off without the tab pointing up, and then it would be in the way of the product. They need to update the product to pull the top off with it. =P

    I was on the fence as to whether the product had merit. I'm gonna pass and pour into a glass. The idea of having a sharp burr poke a guest overrides the convenience. When you pointed out a burr, I thought I saw yet another around the 5 o clock position of the can. But I appreciate you having made the video.

    What these are perfect for is the slushy beers that have become Insanely popular. There’s a brand called 450north and they have drops once a month. 13 beers, 14 days before the drop they post one beer/slushy that will be in the drop once all the 13 beers that are going to be in the drop are posted, once the drop date comes they release all 13 flavors on their website for purchase. Each one is a 4 pack. They range from about 20-28 per 4 pack depending on how much fruit is used in the slushy. They always do a collectors can, and a xxxl can which are usually the most due to the amount of fruit In theM. Then they go down to xxl, xl and have maybe one or two just sour ipa’s. The more x’s the more fruit in the cans meaning usually more expensive. They sell out within minutes on the site as soon as they are released. They do no ship. They are located in Columbus, Indiana. After the drop the following Friday, Saturday and Sunday I believe are the pickup dates. Maybe it’s Thursday-Saturday. I forget, I have a buddy who does all the ordering for me too and he drives down there once a month when they drop. Amazing beer. What you can do with them is either just drink them cold normally or throw them in the freezer for 20-30 mins and it actually turns into a slushy like from 7/11. It’s next to impossible to pour out of the can, this is what I use when drinking them as a slushy. Cuts the top right off, no sharp edges no burrs. $25 dollars and no crushing and squeezing the living hell out of the can to get 80% of the slushy out. Amazing products.

      It does work on White Claw, but given that I[m a month late, you've probably figured that out by now. These things take a while to learn. I somewhat doubt that someone just opens up their newly received package and gets ti to work, but I am myself guilty of not having ordered the original article. As others have suggested, I think there are some real fast-follower knock-offs out there that aren't worth the $2 spent to manufacture them. Prolly gonna order a TraftTop myself to see the difference.

      I was worried about that at first too, and as you can see in the video there was a little shaving still attached to the can. As I have used it more and gotten more practice/confidence in how to use it, this issue hasn’t happened again, so I can just assume it was user error. It truly does provide a very clean cut when used properly.
