    thank you so much for your videos! what motivates me the most is that you look like a normal human being and not like some fitness robot who doesn't sweat or have feelings at all :D I usually hate sports, but you're like a friend who talks me into working out today.

    1.416 steps and 130 kcals burnt but I really never notice cuz it's so fun lol
