    Can’t believe we are on 15 min already. Two weeks ago I would never pock a 15 min long workout video, now look at me. Can’t wait for the 30 min one.

    This has helped me so much - I've lost 9lbs so far but two weeks ago I fell down the stairs and sprained the ligaments in my foot. I was so upset as I had to rest, but finding these videos has enabled me to get back up, move without the pain and keep up with my fitness journey - thank you! Thank you!
