The way Ra's dies on the A leaves no doubt at his demise, none of that smoke and mirrors stuff. So in this game, Hugo Strange, Ra's al guhl, Clayface, and Joker dies. If there is another game, Rocksteady can't use them again. Black mask, Firefly, and the Black Glove could be used. Still, who told Hugo Strange the identity of Batman?? not clear.
Damn, Hugo Strange seemed so mysterious and exciting in the trailers and the whole game prior to this, and for what? So he can be revealed to be a simple puppet for and then be killed of by one of the most well known villians in the batman universe. Strange was really a wasted opportunity in this game. You don't know much more about him after you've finished the game than you did after that first trailer of him.
Didn't Batman promise Mr. Freeze to retrieve Nora for him at Joker's base? Now he is too busy going after Joker for Talia at the theater? Ra's controlled Scarecrow in Batman Begins and now Hugo Strange in Arkham City. Batman should have known it was always Ra's, the vast resources and know-how to manipulate people. Does this mean Ra's is finally dead?
@hotneo7 He says in one of the interview tapes with the riddler that he simply created a psychological profile on batman and realised that Bruce Wayne was the closest match for this profile.
I hate this cut-scene bullshit. They should've late you free-fall to catch Ras as part of the gameplay. And you should've had a Final Fight with Ras before the actual end of the game. I know you fight him in the middle but considering he is revealed as the MAIN MASTERMIND there should've been a final battle before the final with the Joker. Rocksteady has failed yet again in terms of making the Main Boss Final satisfying. I bet there'll be a Epilogue DLC for it.

plot hole in the story, batman could've just taken another sample of ra's al ghul's blood to friese and then had him make another antidote
