I may be the only male watching and commenting but what the heck. People would be foul is he not to listen to your advice and follow your techniques as your complexion from my vantage point is flawless. I am late to repair acne scarring but will be first using a local 'medical' spa like service to do a micro needling so I can learn the procedure but for cost control, will follow your technique very soon. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much! I hope you see the improvement you want with dermarolling! Good idea to go learn it from a professional and find out what they do by having it done by them first. I think they may use larger needle sizes for scars (maybe a .1 mm). Dermarolling has really helped my wrinkles (why I use one) and I think they are great little devices. I hope you get some great results! xoxo
The smaller 0.25 dermaroller can be used more often (up to once every week or two) than the larger 0.5 dermaroller (once every 6 weeks). Either size can be used all over the face, neck, chest and backs of hands (or anywhere on the body).
+Kristin Trayner Hi Kristin! I love the dermaroller so much! I honestly think it's the best at home anti-aging device. I don't really have a certain brand of dermaroller that I use or would recommend. I have previously purchased a few from ebay and thought they were fine. One thing I do though when I buy from ebay is buy from a top seller with good reviews. The last roller I purchased (I replace mine every year or so) I bought from the Timeless skincare website. They are only 8.99! I purchase a 0.5 and they offer that size and longer needle size of 1.0. They have them listed under accessories on their site. I hope this helps! xoxo Anne
Thanks for your video! Dermarolling has changed my acne scars to almost non existent. What do you think about putting a tightening mask on after dermalling? I feel like it would hold the skin together as it is repairing? I've tried to research this but not much luck. Tell me what you think. Thanks!
Hi Bonnie Jean! Yes, I think that would be fine. You can basically use any skin care you want right after dermarolling although I would avoid acids (vitamin c or glycolic acid products) which might sting. I hope this helps! xoxo
+BeautyBy Anne-Marie I've seen other reviews where they said get vitamin c and another acid called hyaluronic smh. but I Did as you suggested use my skin care products because it will absorb better now
Hi! I think the vitamin c stings (I tried it once after dermarolling and never again lol) so I use that in the morning and always dermaroll at night. Any products will definitely absorb deeper after dermarolling and I like to use ones that help to build collagen immediately after (matrixyl ..peptides, retin a or retinol) If my skin is really irritated then I use something more calming and repairing like weleda skin food or avene cicalfate. Hyaluronic acid is nice to hydrate and has a plumping effect on the skin, but I find that it is added to a lot of skin care products already so I don't bother to add it on it's own (personal preference and I'm no professional). Pretty much whatever skin care you love will work after (I just avoid acids like glycolic or vit c) xoxo
BeautyBy Anne-Marie thank you so much for responding and providing further info. I used it last night for the first time. I even posted a video, you can check it out if you like. Today it was a little tightness on my skin and slight stinging but we'll see. I'll try it again in a week or two. Blessings
I’m sooo glad I found this! I love your channel so much. I’m turning 43 soon and just started showing some aging and I want to reverse this aging and go backward lol...I’m desperate to find my fountain of youth. Thank you for this info.
Anne, ¡this is a very good demo! I think you should've removed the hair from your forehead and sides of your face to avoid contamination of your skin with germs, also rings on your hands, for the application and the demo. Loves😘i
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I have been wondering about derma rolling and am very interested in this treatment. Some of the videos were pretty scary, so thanks for this one! I will let you know how it goes.
Hello Ann! I started dermarolling for 5 months after researching. I am most influenced by your videos! I've watched more resent videos and you look amazing! Great advertising for everything you do!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it and hope you see some good results with dermarolling! It does take time, but over the years I've seen some great improvement to my skin. Lots of love xoxo
Ann Marie I don't know your age, I'm 28 and if I look like you when I'm older I will be happy! You are gorgeous! Beautiful skin, nice to see a woman who isn't puffed with fillers, you look natural and you are a looker! Blessed, great videos as always!
It is very important to make sure you pick up the roller when you move to an adjacent area of skin, or you can tear the skin. Denture Polident tablets and warm water clean any oil or skin particles from your roller, then spray with alchohol. Helpful hint.
Hi Anne, thank you for helping those of us in need. I know you have said you are older, but you look no older than 20. You are beautiful. I would think you took care of your skin before there were sags and wrinkles, so, maybe you can't help me, but, I have always been careful with my face, no harsh sun, never smoking, always cleansing and good creams morning and night, but I have a lot of sagging, I have been doing derma rolling for two months, but no results yet. My neck really needs help. I have purchased all that I can find of your suggested products and use them but still no results. I was thinking maybe my age is the reason, 60, but, I did a search and saw another lady at 65 had gotten good results. So, I know you aren't a medical person as you state, but, with your knowledge of derma rolling, do you think I should continue with it? Thank you for your help. I so enjoy your videos and your calm voice.
You are very sweet! I was a sunbather for 3 decades (including tanning beds) which is so harmful for the skin. You were smart to stay out of the sun. I didn't really start taking care of my skin until I was in my 40's and have seen improvement over the years (I'm 52 now) but it definitely takes time. With dermarolling I have read it takes between 4-6 months to see skin benefits. I'd try rolling just once a week and use products that build collagen in your nightly routine. If you haven't seen my latest video (my PM skincare routine and at home treatments I do) I'll link it here ruclips.net/video/055eH8iWAYI/видео.html and will also link a video where I talk about the key ingredients in products that help to build collagen ruclips.net/video/xq0U4zSO2ZQ/видео.html I think if you use a product or two that helps with collagen and roll once a week you should start to see some improvements by the 4-6 month mark. xoxo
Hi and thank you so much for this great information! I have never heard of this before, and based on how wonderfully beautiful you look I can hardly wait to get started! Where do you buy the two sizes of derma rollers and what skin products to you suggest I use to sink into the skin after rolling? Thanks!
I have a playlist of all my dermarolling videos that you might be interested in...if you click on my channel name then click on playlists you will see it :) I purchase mine online (skin deva website has a 0.5 which I use and also 2 larger needle sizes that I have not tried). I got my smaller 0.25 mm on amazon I believe. Yes, it does allow products to sink deeper into the skin for an hour after rolling. I think it's a great little anti-aging device. Good luck! xoxo
Thank you! I like to use either a vitamin a derived product, peptide product or a growth factor to help stimulate collagen after rolling. You can use any skin care you like though, I'd just avoid ones that sting the skin. xoxo
I just received my derma rolling kit and am very excited about using it! I've been reluctant to use it because it states to not wear makeup for at least 24 hours. Since I work M-F I'm waiting until Friday evening to do it. Did you use lidocaine every time before using the roller?
+Cynthia Frey Hi Cynthia! No I didn't use lidocaine for a good year when I started dermarolling. It takes a bit of the edge off but it's optional. I'd say if you find it extremely uncomfortable then pick some up but otherwise it is not necessary. I'd love to hear how it goes! I think the dermaroller is a great little at home anti aging device. xoxo Anne
You are a very good teacher, Anne..... thank you. My dermaroller arrived today, a 0.5... so I think I want to get the 0.25 also. Thanks for including links to the products that you use. You are 100% lovely... and a great role model. xoxo Have a Merry Christmas!
I tried derma rolling over the summer with .5 and .75, but I really noticed a big difference when I went to 1.0. Hands and face look much smoother and fuller. I get a big peel about five days after rolling (I use Retin A), and the after-peel result is impressive.
Hi Anne. Thank you for another interesting and informative video. I have recently heard of dermarolling but really didn't know anything about it. You covered all of my main concerns and seeing your demonstration made the information that much better. Your skin is beautiful!
+Lynn Morris Thank you Lynn! I really like the dermaroller and think it's a great at home anti-aging device. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful! xo Anne
I recently started dermarolling and haven't seen any results yet but will continue. I know things like this always take time and patience. Thanks for your video!
+KatieKate Hi Katie! Keep at it...I actually use to dermaroll more often (once every 2 weeks or so). I have heard all kinds of things on how often you should use it. Finally I just went with the middle ground of once 6 weeks (most often I heard every 4-8 weeks for sizes 0.5 and larger) The smaller ones 0.25 and less can be used every week or two or I have even heard everyday. How often are you using it? Also, do you know what size needles you have? xo Anne
I ordered mine from Banish and they said to use once a week. But I don't always remember to do it that often and maybe I shouldn't. I think it is a .5 but I recently bought some larger 1.0 on ebay for much cheaper. Haven't used those yet though.
+KatieKate Hi Katie, sometimes I forget to use it too, but try at least once every 6 weeks if you have a 0.5 or larger and in a few months you'll most likely see some good results. You might want to use a numbing cream with the 1.0 one ;) I get mine off ebay as well. xo Anne
My derma roller is on its way...can't wait...what products would you suggest to use after rolling?..I do retena A once a week and use neutrogena with retenol in between. I know not to use those after rolling. What ingredients would I need to look for or is there a certain product that you like? Thank you, very informative video.
+N Fischer Hi! Yay, I'm so glad you are giving dermarolling a try! I hope you love it. You can still use those products (retin a and retinol products) after dermarolling. I did a video awhile back on products I use after (ruclips.net/video/99ol3btJD6I/видео.html) I basically use about the same products now as when I did this video almost a year ago. It does take awhile to see results from the dermaroller, but it really is a great anti-aging at home device. xoxo Anne
+BeautyBy Anne-Marie thank you..I did watch the video and am going to look into the oils and "French cream"!!! I think whole foods might carry them otherwise online always works! Lol...
+NEF Hi! Thank you so much! No botox or fillers. I do use Retin A (0.05%) at night mixed with a moisturizer (to cut down on irritation from the retin a) I have only been using retin a for the last 5-6 months on a regular basis (before that I'd use it every so often if I remembered). I have been dermarolling on a regular basis the last 10 months (1x every 6 weeks with my 0.5 roller and 1x every week with my 0.25 roller) and putting my retin a and moisturizer mix on after I apply some oils to my skin following dermarolling. I am not against filler or botox at all-- in fact one day I am sure I will get them as I think about it now as well. I don't want the cost involved though with botox and fillers so am putting it off as long as I can stand it without as I'm sure I would love the results. xo Anne
Hi I'm just waiting for my roller to arrive, your video was very informative and has made me less fearful of using it. I like that you just use it on actual wrinkles which makes sense where as most people use it all over face and neck Thanks X
+Paula Hutchins Hi Paula! I hope you love the dermaroller! I have seen some really good improvement to my skin from it over time. When I first started dermarolling I read somewhere to only use it on actual wrinkles or areas you want improvement to and that is what I have stuck to so far (which is a fair amount of my face anyway lol). I hope you have a great day! xoxo Anne
I just watched your video on dermarolling. Thank you. I have just started dermarolling, and use a 0.25 on my face, eyes, throat and hands. I wanted to start small so my skin could get used to it. My question is that after I'm done, my face is red and my wrinkles look deeper and worse than before I used the dermaroller. What am I doing wrong? Also, what is your suggestion of what skin lotion or essential oil I should use after dermarolling. May I ask what you use? I have sensitive skin, and when I'm done with the dermarolling, my face feels very dry and hurts for a couple of days. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it. I do put Latacaine cream on before dermarolling, but didn't know I should wash it off before dermarolling. (Duh!!!) I have watched almost all your videos. You seem like a very nice, down to earth person that knows what they're talking about with good suggestions and techniques. Sorry for this being so long. I hope you can help me. Thank you.
Hi! Try slightly stretching the wrinkle open so you can roll directly into the actual wrinkle crease (I demonstrate that in my mouth wrinkles video in case you haven't seen that one and are interested). To sooth the skin I'd apply avene cicalfate after rolling it also helps to repair the skin ;)) I hope this helps!!! xoxo
Thank you! I use L'oreal false fiber lash mascara and love it! I do apply it in my recent morning skin care routine and full face makeup application video. If you click my channel name and then videos and scroll down them you'll see it I just put it up about a month ago ;) xoxo
Thanks Anne Marie. Do we really need to wait 6 weeks before doing it again? Some use it 'every other day.' I was sanitizing before and after use but thought the alcohol was penetrating my skin and drying it out, so now I just sanitize after use, let it dry and place in its case ready for next time. It has helped. Thankyou again. ❤️
With the smaller needle size of 0.20 or 0.25 mm you can use it nightly if you want. I never do just because I feel that is too often for my skin. I might use the smaller needle size roller once (or max twice) a week. For the 0.5 mm personally I would only use it once a week or once every two weeks. I don't use larger than that but if you do then I would only do the larger (above 0.5mm once a month) Hope this helps! xoxo
+Deborah Kardas Thank you Deborah! I have been using a dermaroller for the last couple years, it does take time to build up collagen and see results but I swear this is what makes my skin look better than if I didn't use it. Let me know what you think if you try it. xo Anne
+higherlivingPJW Last Hi Penny! I'm so glad you found the video helpful. Thank you so much for watching and let me know what you think after you use your dermaroller awhile, I'd love to hear. xo Anne
New subscriber! I came across one of your videos last night and needless to say, I'm sitting here with Nivea cream on my jawline binge watching Beauty By Anne-Marie!
Thank you so much for subscribing! I hope you are enjoying my videos! Hope you love the nivea (it does take a few weeks to a month or so to see some good results) xoxo
Three hours later and still watching! I'm really enjoying them and getting some good info. I've got to tell you, when you pulled your hair back with those clips before you did the tca peel, you looked like a teenager! I've also done the peel at 20%. I'd be interested in knowing if you've tried Boots No7 skincare. I've read several good reviews about it and also the Robin McGraw Revolution skincare. I've been using two products from her line but not long enough to see a difference. Also, I recently heard about using jojoba oil for undereye creasing. You mentioned it wasn't until in your 40's that you really started taking care of your skin, same for me too. I swear it seems overnight the lines appeared! I look forward to more of your videos. You are just beautiful!
Thank you so much for watching!!!! I have not tried the Boots NO 7 skincare yet, but my mom uses one of their face creams and really likes it! I might give something of theirs a try when I run out of some products I have. I've always heard great things about that line. I didn't even know Robin McGraw had a skin care line! I would love an update on what you think later on! Two other skin care products/lines I've been interested in but have never tried are the Lifecell and Rodan & Fields (and it's hard to find unbiased reviews of these products on YT I think). Lots of love to you!!! xoxo
Your skin looks amazing! I have sensitive skin with redness / veins on my cheeks. Can derma rolling be harmful or beneficial to this type of skin? Thank you.
Thank you! From what I know it doesn't affect spider veins either way. It just helps to build collagen and elastin, even skin tone, firm and plump the skin. I haven't done any looking into what if anything it does for veins though. You might try googling it and see if there is anything on that. I just roll my wrinkles not all over the face (some like to roll all over, I only do my wrinkles). From what I have read on sensitive skin with rosacea dermarolling can be done just fine (probably best to use a smaller needle size like a 0.25 or max a 0.5) and with everyone the skin will look a little red after rolling (like a slight burn) that subsides over a few hours/overnight. I hope this helps! xoxo
+Vanessa C Hi Vanessa! Thank you so much! I put everything I apply to my face on my neck and upper chest area (as well as backs of the hands). I do use and love oils. I did a video on skin tightening essential oils: ruclips.net/video/Cm1F94tjzV4/видео.html which I use at night and then I also usually use a little retin a mixed with a moisturizer (I like weleda skin food or derma e deep wrinkle moisturizer for that) over the oils after they soak in a bit. In the morning I use just a little (few drops) the oils (any or all mixed together) and then top it with a moisturizer (daytime I like sebamed Q10 cream or the derma e deep wrinkle moisturizer --they both work well under makeup) I hope this helps! xo Anne
Very interesting information. Thanks for the video. What products do you apply to your skin after you use the derma roller? Are they different from your regular night time routine. I 'm thinking I would like to use an all natural product with no preservative. Thanks
+srcgrace1 Hi, I always start with an oil (or mix a few drops of different oils) I let that soak in about 15 minutes and then follow it with retin A mixed with a moisturizer which helps cut down on irritation. That's my current routine for post dermarolling. Thank you so much for watching and for the wonderful question! xo Anne
Anne, I always enjoy your videos!!! I started derma rolling after watching your prior videos and am so glad I did!!! I use only the 0.5 and the .25 and am pleased with the results!!! Thank you, thank you for all your videos!!! xoxo Susanna
Anne, I love your videos and I just have one question before I,start. How often should I derma roll to achieve a difference in 3 to 6 months. I would love to hear from you. Thank you, Maria
Soooo glad I ran onto your site. Just ordered my derma roller .5 and also ordered 10% glycolic acid peel serum. Now - I guess the thing to to is do one procedure one week and the other procedure the next week? Any suggestions? thanks Deb
Hi! Glad you found my channel, I hope you enjoy my videos. I use my 0.5mm dermaroller once every 2 weeks (or 4-6 if I forget LOL). I don't use glycolic peels (I have tried a few in the past but got a lot of stinging and not much peeling with them). I use my retin a (refissa mixed with beenigma cream so I don't get irritated skin) every night and at least one night a week I put a aha cream over it (I use the studio 35 beauty aha cream from walgreens). Sorry I'm not more help with the glycolic! xoxo
Hi Anne Marie. I just subscribed to your channel. I love how precise you are and careful about the products you use. I appreciate that. Plus, you're a beautiful lady. =) I wanted to ask you.....can you tell me specifically where you have seen your improvements? and how long it took? I just started using mine and I know it will take a while. Just wondering what to look for. Thank you so much for your useful information. Love your videos! =)
Hi and thank you so much for watching and subscribing!!! I saw the fastest improvement on my upper eyelids and also on the backs of my hands (within 4-5 weeks). I have also seen improvement to my lines around my nose/mouth...those took a little longer to see improvement probably 2-4 months. My under eye area is my area with the most wrinkles and I have seen the least improvement there, but I'll take any and all improvement I can get. I hope this helps some! xoxo
Anne im not sure what year you made this I really have not had time to read it all I work so much, but last night I went to 5 places noone has the nivea no more and I guess I have to buy the roller on line :( I really wanted to get started but now i gotta wait for delivery of it, I just want a good serum to use after i use it, most eye creams say do not use on broken skin . After you use this roller, your skin is considered broken correct? Here in Oh there telling me every1 is looking for derma rollers, lol Xxx
Yes, the dermarollers and stamps are purchased online. I've never seen them in stores at least not yet :) Yes, you're right, it does "wound" the skin with tiny pin holes so you can apply whatever you like after. I just avoid things that sting the skin like glycolic products or some vitamin c products. Lots of love to you xoxo
Hi Anne, what product do you put on immediately after derma roller? I just ordered. I also use but am inconsistent with Retin A. So delighted I found you! Mary Ellen
+mefrn62 Hi Mary Ellen! I did a video on what I apply after dermarolling ruclips.net/video/99ol3btJD6I/видео.html and still use those products. Sometimes I use a retinol product instead of the stronger retin a. I also sometimes use my blend of essential oils that tighten up the skin ruclips.net/video/Cm1F94tjzV4/видео.html and I think I am out of my palmer's oil that I showed in the video so I use my blend of essential oils first, let those soak in and then add a retinol or retin a. If my skin is really irritated I use the Avene product (I show in the video for what I apply after) and that helps cut down on irritation or Weleda skin food is great for that as well. I hope this helps some! xoxo Anne
Thank you Jannie! I change what I apply right after dermarolling every few times just to get different products to soak in deeper. Sometimes I will apply natural oils, about 5 drops each of myrrh, frankincense, patchouli and neroli oils (I just drop about 5 drops of each in my palm and then rub my hands together and apply to my face and neck) then after the oils have been on my skin about 10-15 minutes I apply a mix of (equal parts) retin a and weleda skin food. These products are a little greasier but by morning they are all soaked in. If my skin is really red or irritated I like to apply Avene cicalfate repair cream which helps to calm and repair the skin (I apply it alone or after my oil mix) or just the weleda skin food cream (both of these creams help to calm irritated skin). Lately I have been using my naturewell retinol cream after dermarolling (I just did a video on this cream which I love and got at Sam's Club) it does not irritate my skin at all and has the benefit of retinol in it. Really any night cream that you love will work fine after dermarolling although I would avoid vitamin c serums since they might sting and irritate. Oh and sometimes I will apply my Palmer's bust cream which has peptides to help firm the skin which I like to apply to my upper eye lids. I do dermaroll my upper lids but only go across my orbital bone and never across my lid on my actual eyeball. I hope this helps some! xoxo
Hi Anne, I know that you are probably tired of answering this question, but I am about to order a Derma Roller mainly for my lips and eye area. Do you reccommend I begin with a 0.25mm or 0.5mm? I have never Derma Rolled before. I appreciate all of the helpful information that you have shared about Derma Rolling, you have convinced me to give it a try. Thanks so much, Cathy xo
I bought a 1.0 dermaroller awhile back, how often do you suggest using this size? I also have a 0.5 dermaroller but it came without a handle, these were the first ones I ordered so I was unsure how to use it. What brand do you use?
+Angie Rose Hi Angie! I would use the 1.0 like I do the 0.5 -- only once every 6 weeks. From everything I've read (and there is a lot of differing info out there) any dermaroller 0.5 or larger can be used every 6 weeks which gives the skin time to recover and build collagen. I think with that size I would use a numbing cream or ice the area a little before rolling if it is uncomfortable. I honestly don't know what brands I buy, I just purchase mine from ebay. That is strange your 0.5 came without a handle, I've never seen that. Could be it is for a brand that does replacement heads for some brand that you can change them? If you know the contact for the seller on that one I think I would contact them and ask. Mine have always been one piece units. I hope this helps some! xo Anne
I enjoy your videos so much I have subscribed and I did order a .05 dermaroll today from Amazon and I can't wait to start using keep up the videos they're very interesting and encouraging
Thank you for subscribing and I'm so glad to hear you enjoy my videos! I have a lot of videos on dermarolling and dermastamping and cover about every area of the face you can think of. The dermaroller is such a great anti-aging device. xoxo
Hi Anne-Marie, I just derma-rolled my face last night with a .5 mm. I am a bit nervous as to what to put on my face afterwards as many products have other ingredients that I am not keen on getting into my skin(ie) fragrance, alcohol, etc. So I decided to just put on three of my tried and trusted serums from Timeless, as the ingredients are clearly listed on their bottles. I was wondering do you ever follow with Retin-A after derma-rolling or is it too harsh? Many Thanks!
hi there Anne-Marie you inspired me to start using the 0.5ml derma roller . I have seen that it's better to rinse the roller under water with some washing up liquid and the fully immerse the roller in alcohol solution . After 10 mins remove and air dry . The pre rinsing removes proteins from any blood, skin , which might be on needle. What are your thoughts ?
I have seen a few different ways that people clean the dermaroller. Mostly I have seen them sanitized with rubbing alcohol which is what I do. I am trying some ways of immersing my roller in the rubbing alcohol without having it rest on the needles so they don't get bent. If I get a way that does this I will share it. I think you could either clean it before or after rolling (or both if you prefer). It's a great question! I tend to stick with just rubbing alcohol personally ;) xoxo
Thanks Anne, I'm interested in getting started with dermarolling. Where did you purchase yours? Is there a particular brand you would recommend? I read that some of the cheaper versions on eBay don't have quality needles, what are your thoughts?
Love love all your video's. Been watching video's and your the only one who has multiple ones for specific areas.I also got the.05 roller, and did It last night 1st time.I used Humphreys alcohol free Cucumber Melon Witch Hazel redness reducing.I did face, upper lip, neck, hands, upper chest. I lost the pink within 2 hours.Put on my Serum Coenzyme Q10 from Timeless And then before bed CeraVe moisture lotion fragrance free with ceramides And hyaluronic acid. Thank you for your detailed video's that gave me courage to try this. I am subscribed to you. I noticed you have other videos about other things as well, sorry for so long note.Your a keeper, already told a few people about you!😘
Thank you so very much!!!! I really appreciate that!!! Sounds like you are using some great products after dermarolling. It does take time to see results from dermarolling but to me it is well worth it. I'm so glad you are trying it I honestly think dermarolling is the best at home anti-aging device! Lots of love to you xoxo
Hi just accidently popped in. Good video. Since I never saw you before you began using the demaroller just wondering how you looked before and if there has been a difference. how long did it take you to see much difference? I've been thinking of having a laser done on my face but would like to try this first. Almost all the videos I have seen besides yours were showing 24 year old women so there was not much to see! Do you believe that it will help creepy skin under the eyes? thank you.
Hi! I have definitely seen improvement to my skin. I only roll the most wrinkled areas (some people roll the entire face though). I've noticed some areas improve faster than other areas...the backs of my hands improved in just about a month, along with my upper eye lids being lifted from it in the same time frame. My lines from my nose to mouth improved after about 4-6 months and the least improvement (although it is my worst area) is my under eye area and forehead (I do have quite a few deep wrinkles in both those areas)....I think they have improved but not as dramatically as the other areas mentioned. I started dermarolling before I did any youtube videos so I never thought to take before photos. It does help with crepey skin but for me I would still like to see improvement to my under eye area. I do think it's definitely worth trying and is the best at home anti-aging device I've ever tried (plus they are affordable at under $20). I hope this helps some! xoxo
I have watched so many of your video's. I've learned so much from you. TFS your knowledge with us. I've created a beauty journal filled with notes from all your video's. 💖
Hi Anne thank you for all your efforts to educate us i love your channel ..i just want to know how many days ater dermarolling is it safe to aply sunscreen and foundation...last time i dermarolled i aplied some the next day and it burned...ps: Jesus loves you :)
Hi! I do apply mine the following day and try to dermaroll early in the evening the night before and have had no problem using a 0.25 or 0.5 mm. I have read it is safest to wait 24 hours though. Lots of love xoxo
I hope you will answer lol i never heard of this or any other of these products , i do watch angie but now you as i just found you and love your videos . My question is imturning 59 next week is it to late for me and is it okay to use roller this late in life ? Or can i help my ageing for my later years ?thank you Diana
It's never too late to start dermarolling and building new collagen! I have several newer dermarolling videos as well which you might also find helpful before you start. I hope you see some great results! It does take using a 0.5 mm once a week consistently for a good 3-6 months before you see benefits of new collagen, so be patient. I've seen really good improvement especially around my mouth with those lines and wrinkles. I'm glad you found me and are enjoying my videos! Lots of love xoxo
+dvoted4life Hi! Thank you so much for watching. I love the dermaroller. I honestly think it's the best at home device for skin (that I have ever tried anyway). It does take time to see results though. xo Anne
Hi Anne Marie😍 Great Video! Thank you😘 Do you use the Pillow Plump on your lips every night or just the 2 nights you dermo roller the lips? Does the Pillow Plump work over time do you think? Vegas XOXO
It does help to build collagen (it has peptides) and I use it nightly (or another peptide balm, I have a few I love) as well as after rolling my lips. xoxo
Hello Ann-Marie. Thank you for an informative demo on derma rolling. After researching many brands, I've recently purchased a derma roller and am interested in seeing what improvements will happen to my skin. I've been fortunate to have good skin and have always taken care of it. I'm now in my sixties and I've lost a good portion of collagen and gravity is doing it's thing. I also make a DIY turmeric face mask that has brightened my skin but I do not think it helps with collagen building. You are a beautiful lady., your skin is lovely. Thank you! Peace, Health, Happiness and Harmony to you!
Thank you so much! I wish I was smarter and had taken care of my skin always like you did (I laid in the sun far too much and didn't bother with skin care until I was 40...ugh!) I hope the dermaroller helps! It should, it is known to tighten skin and build collagen. I have a whole playlist of videos on dermarolling (in case you are interested and haven't seen them). It does take time to see improvement (3-6 months usually, but in some areas of the face/body the improvement is seen faster than that). I'd love an update after you use it awhile! I hope you have a great weekend xoxo
+Regain Your Confidence The smaller 0.25 doesn't really hurt, but if you did the 0.5 or larger it probably would a bit. I use the numbing cream on my lips before I roll them which helps a lot! I do think it is helping my lips to be fuller :) xo Anne
Hi Anne-Marie! Thank you for sharing this! I have heard of it before, but have been afraid to try it because I have little broken capillaries on my cheeks and I was afraid it would make it worse. Your skin looks beautiful! Hope you have a wonderful week! Hugs! xox Colleen :-)
+MsCavalier01 Thank you so much Colleen! I agree, some of the really large needled ones scare me! Those can draw blood (the large ones are more for scars, cellulite and stretch marks, but I've seen videos of people getting it done on their face...ouch!) Hope you are having a great day! xo Anne
Lol @ 11:02! So cute :) Thank you for this video Anne-Marie. Such clearly presented information, and the best I've seen on dermarolling. Also, you are so beautiful, particularly when you're laughing. Thanks again :)
Hi! I put my anti aging face products on them (usually either a vitamin a product or growth factor product or a peptide product all of which help to build collagen). I also love the strivectin volumizing hand cream! Lots of love xoxo
Thank you so much! I do have several on my hair and have a playlist of hair related videos (if you click my channel name then playlists and scroll through them you should see it). Lots of love to you xoxo
Hi, do you have to stop using retin a some time before and after derma rolling or can l continue with my nightly use of retin a the night before and straight after l derma roll? Your skin is gorgeous 😘😘
Thank you! I don't stop using vitamin a products and I do apply one after I roll as well. I haven't had any issue doing this but if your skin gets irritated from it you may want to skip retin a on nights you roll. I hope this helps! xoxo
I have seen her videos too! I get a few pin point blood spots with the dermastamp but not with the roller (both are a 0.5 mm) . I don't think it requires blood to get good results, but have heard that some feel it does. I have seen good results without the blood and I never go larger than a 0.5 mm needle size for me personally (I don't want it to be too uncomfortable and you still get new collagen with a 0.5). Lots of love xoxo
You are so interesting, Anne. The only other person I know that use the derm roller is Chrisann Acanfora. Are you subscribed to her? She is delightful, and knowledgeable also. You skin is gorgeous, and this treatment makes perfect sense to me. I happen to love physiology, and everything you said goes with our bodies desire to maintain homeostasis. You rock!!! And, you are gorgeous. Blessings, joy,, and love.....MaryEllen
+MaryEllen After 60 Thank you SO much MaryEllen! I am subscribed to Chrisann and will have to search her videos and see if she did a dermarolling one (I might learn something)--I'm so glad you mentioned she uses one too. The most confusing thing to me about them is how often to use them. I'll ask Chrisann how often she uses hers as well. Thank you sweetie!!! xo Anne
Is it true that the day after you dermaroll you should not put makeup on? Some say mineral foundation is ok, but I'm talking about liquid foundation, blush, concealer..... What's you opinion on following day makeup? Thanks for your insights
I have heard that as well before. I have heard more often that for about an hour after rolling or stamping is when products penetrate deeper. I just stamp or roll at night and then put on my skin care and leave it on overnight then in the morning I do my normal skin care and makeup routine. That's what I've done anyway for the last 9-10 years and it has worked fine for me. Lots of love xoxo
Hi, It takes 3-6 months minimum to build up new collagen (using a 0.5 mm once a week). I just did a video on getting rid of mouth wrinkles (using a dermaroller) and I go over the products that I apply after rolling to help build collagen in that video. I just avoid vitamin c and glycolic products as they can sting after rolling. xoxo
I typed in dermarolling and found this video. I watched your video this morning. To my surprise here you are. I hear this is good for hyper pigmentation. Any thoughts on this ? Also, i don’t know why there are so many people bleeding quite a bit afterwards....you only had redness. Thanks much ❤️
Hi! I have a lot of videos on dermarolling, I really think it's one of the best at home anti-aging devices! I only use a 0.25 and a 0.5 mm and have no bleeding with them. It only takes very light pressure to roll and I do only get redness for a few hours after. I've done some more recent videos on it that you might enjoy, one on dermarolling lips to make them fuller, one on wrinkles around the mouth and I just did a dermarolling 101 complete routine video last week :) Lots of love xoox
thanks so much for this good video. I am concerned to buy derma roller because made in China. The first site on your list doesn't sell anymore the derma roller .I am also confused with 192 needles, micro needles and 540 needles , Could you help me to buy the right product. Thank you
I think most all derma rollers are made in China. I really like the zgts ones amzn.to/2tJ3bS1 (that's a 0.5mm size) and amzn.to/2tM7CeS is a 0.25 size. xoxo
I have never seen them in stores and order mine online. Skin Deva (.com) has a .5mm and if you find my video on increasing skin care product absorption that I did a month ago I have links to some of the smaller .25 mm dermarollers in the description box of that video :) xoxo
Hi Anne Marie! I love watching your videos, so informative and easy to understand. I am waiting for my derma roller to come in the mail. A little nervous using it. I am taking collegen supplement once a day. I also use coconut oil. Can this be used instead of buying over the counter products? I use the oil on my face twice a day and brush my teeth with it also..amazing product. Thanks again..Heather.
You are beautiful and seem like a really nice person. This is a wonderful instructional video but I would think it would be extremely unsterile to have your bangs sit upon your forehead directly after derma rolling?
Thank you! I never thought of that, I wash my hair everyday and haven't had any issue with it. I'll have to see if I can find anything on it. Good question. xoxo
Hi dear Anne. You sure are the adventurous antiager!....this hurts....well ..I am sort of miss sensitive..I do not presently have my dermaroler..it was 0.5....but I have heard that for the best resaults you have to go up to 1.5 and actually go so deep to bleed a bit...meaning damage skin a little so the healing process kicks in...well...that would be quite dramatic for me..... Look of my skin can be so inconsistent...I do not even get it sometimes...I have days when my face looks fuller and than ones when it just sags..and the same goes for the lips..craazy How about any of those facial devices...massagers....what is your intake on that? I have one..called TUA Viso..oh it is so old...got in in 1999...battery operated ..gives little implulses...where it contracts a facial muscles...you can google it...it is there....it does work a bit..but you have to do it constantly...I mean really every night ...and get a bit of firming... Today I wore your type of makeup look...amber rush infallible and blue eyeliner....so pretty...thanks...Oh and I like this Elf HD powder...that is a steal for 3 dollars and absolutelly killed all pores...I used it with that puff that is included inside......Have a good night.....big hugg.....Jana
+Jana Kleinerova Hi Jana! Ya I could not do a 1.5! Yikes! I use my numbing cream with my 0.5 even. I have heard/read that anything 0.5 and larger is what stimulates collagen production within the skin (and with lips and under eyes being so much thinner I would think a smaller 0.25 would do the same thing on that thin skin) ---it does get confusing which so much conflicting information out there! My big confusion was always how often to use it. I use to use them way more often and have mentioned it in older videos then I had people commenting to not do it as often and let the skin repair and build collagen. So now after using it a while (a couple years on and off and then consistently the last 10 months, I did mine more often for the first 3 months and then went to the 1x every 6 week with my 0.5 and I still do my 0.25 1x every week or two). I just kind of went with what I thought was best for my individual skin since the info on frequency is so varying. I do really like the results though! I think my skin looks so much better when I use it then when I didn't ;) Your makeup sounds pretty I bet you look gorgeous in it!!! I love eye products that make the eyes 'pop'! I've never tried one of the electrical current devices but I do know what you are talking about. Do you still use it? I've not looked into that but maybe I should ;) Haha, I would probably try anything if it gave some good anti-aging results. I will have to take a look at the Elf HD powder. I looked for it in the yellow (saw it online) but they didn't have it in store and I think they were out on the site I went to order it from. Did you get a color, yellow or translucent? I notice the same thing with my skin/face...some days my skin just looks plumper and better. I think sleep has something to do with it as well and I need to get more (I usually only get 6 hours top end). On the occasions when I get more (7-8) I think my skin looks better ;) Have a great day! I always LOVE talking about beauty stuff with you! xo Anne
Hi.. Anne... there is one more question...wnt to ask you....is that ok with 540 needles in 0.5 size dermaroller...and Lt me tell u..doing this treatment the very first time on my skin....plz and ASAP...bye love u
Yes, most dermarollers are fine. The difference is some are actually metal discs with sharpened points vs. real needles. I have used both before I knew the metal discs were ever used and they worked fine, but now I specifically look for real needles. I have used both though and they were fine. The 0.5 will stimulate new collagen and is slightly uncomfortable to use (some people like to use a lidocaine cream to numb the area first and some do not need one. I usually don't bother with one but it is a bit uncomfortable) Lots of love xoxo
Hi honey this is Diana Harris I have been micro needling for probably about 13 weeks using .5 microneedle one time a week. Do things get worse before they get better?Thank you so much for your response
I have heard that some people can get drier skin sometimes when rolling consistently. I would be sure to use a good moisturizer after rolling (even if it is on top of other products you use to stimulate new collagen-- I really like the avene cicalfate or derma e deep wrinkle peptide moisturizer) which can help with the skin not looking as good. Also, you might try just micro needling 1x every 2 weeks and see if that works better for you. I hope this helps! xoxo
Hi honey so that is why a couple days after I derma roll my face appears worse. Could you share with me Ann Marie what order I should put my products on after I finish Micro needling? I use vitamin C serum 20%, that one plumping lotion that you mentioned with the black pump on top it’s a flat pump and a nightly cream but I will be purchasing the moisturizer you mentioned thank you for all your help
I would try just dermarolling 1x every 2 weeks instead of every week and see if that helps. Some vitamin c serums can sting the skin and irritate it (especially after rolling) if yours stings at all then I would not apply it the night you dermaroll. I typically do not apply vitamin c after stamping or rolling the skin. I use the PTR growth factor serum (the one in the black pump bottle) first, let that soak in about 10 min then apply a peptide serum or cream. I do also apply a retinaldehyde (avene or mychelle) or a retinol (truth treatment is the one I use) but if you have drier/irritated skin after rolling I would skip the vitamin a products and along with skipping the vit c. If I were you I would roll only 1x every 2 weeks, apply the PTR growth factor and then the derma e deep wrinkle peptide moisturizer (if you don't have a peptide moisturizer then the avene cicalfate is good too as it also helps to build collagen and calm the skin). If you don't have the derma e peptide moisturizer or the avene cicalfate then I would just apply the PTR growth factor. I hope this helps! xoxo
+Nicole Rod Hi Nicole! I got my last one at SkinDeva.com it is $9.99 and they let me have a 15% off discount code for all my viewers (BEAUTYBYANNE). I do not get paid at all this is just something nice that they are offering for my viewers. xoxo
+Victoria Binding Hi Victoria! The last one I purchased just a few weeks ago was from Timeless skin care website ($8.99!) and before that I purchased them from Amazon or Ebay (I replace mine every 9-12 months). I hope this helps! xo Anne
Either a 0.25 mm or a 0.5 mm. Personally I do not go larger than the 0.5 mm. The 0.25 is more comfortable to use and can be used on a daily basis if you want. xoxo
I recommend the GIN AMBER Derma Roller ! They are the best and the customer service is amazing 😉! If some of you are a little confused like I was , well I turned to Gin and I have been derma rolling for 3months and I see a difference and will always do this skin care forever ! You look absolute beautiful Anne Marie !
Thank you! I have a few of Gin's dermarollers as well and like them. I have a narrow 3 line individual needle roller that I love and sell as well (it's linked in my newer videos about derma rolling). Gin is a sweetheart! xoxo
Beauty By Anne-Marie , I didn’t know you have Derma rollers for sale , great to know ! I am new at all this and I started to follow you ! I will definitely check out more your links and products for sure !
He Anne Marie, I am so new at following people and now I know how to see the products you post down below lol I’m not an internet pro but figured it out ! I think that you give great information and I will order some of your products especially the Stamp ! I want to try that out ! Again thank you for your great videos !
I have read that you can use the 0.25 roller every night if you wish because it only opens the pores to allow creams to penetrate better and does not generate collagen. Is this right?
Yes, that's correct.... And if you use a skin care product that promotes collagen then a 0.25 can generate collagen from getting the product into the skin deeper to work better. xoxo
Marionette lines? (Hi Anne- Marie. Nisha from sugarpuffandfluff, recommended your video and I'm eager to watch your channel) what are marionette lines?
Welcome to my channel and I hope you enjoy my videos! Nisha is such a sweetheart, I just love her. Marionette lines are the lines or indented area that goes from the corners of the mouth down toward the jaw line (on each side of the chin). I noticed mine starting to show up and use the dermaroller on them and the other product I use that really helps make them less noticeable is dr brandt 3D filler mask (a cream that helps to replump areas that have lost volume). Lots of love to you! xoxo
The only website I know of to buy it is on the Premier Look website. I've purchased from them before and have been happy with them. Hope this helps! xoxo
I know it's not polite to ask a lady her age but could you just tell me if you are in your 50's or 60's? I'm in my 60's and am going to try derma rolling for the first time. Thank you
This woman is so clear, organized and detailed. Perfect!!!
Thank you, I appreciate that! xoxo
I hope you get some great results! xoxo
Geek K a
The smaller 0.25 dermaroller can be used more often (up to once every week or two) than the larger 0.5 dermaroller (once every 6 weeks). Either size can be used all over the face, neck, chest and backs of hands (or anywhere on the body).
I use #7 products...what do that about them after the dermarolling?
Good lord you have beautiful skin! It looks like you're wearing full face foundation but you're just blessed!
Thank you so much!!! I appreciate that!!! Lots of love oxox
I appreciate that! xoxo
Really enjoy all your videos Anne-Marie. Clear and easy to follow instructions and demos. Just started derma rolling with 0 25mm
Thank you so much! Your comment made my day! Lots of love to you xoxo
Thank you soooooo much Anna Marie, you are an honest God send. I've learnt so much for you. Thank you once again.
Thank you so much!!! Lots of love to you xoxo
It is very important to make sure you pick up the roller when you move to an adjacent area of skin, or you can tear the skin. Denture Polident tablets and warm water clean any oil or skin particles from your roller, then spray with alchohol. Helpful hint.
Thanks for sharing! Appreciate it! xoxo
If you haven't seen my latest video (my PM skincare routine and at home treatments I do) I'll link it here ruclips.net/video/055eH8iWAYI/видео.html and will also link a video where I talk about the key ingredients in products that help to build collagen ruclips.net/video/xq0U4zSO2ZQ/видео.html I think if you use a product or two that helps with collagen and roll once a week you should start to see some improvements by the 4-6 month mark. xoxo
@@BeautyByAnneMarie thank you so much. Will watch the videos. 🥰
Good luck! xoxo
What are good products to put on your face and lips after derma rolling? I love your videos....so lovely 😊
Thank you so much!!! I hope you have a Merry Christmas too! xoxo
I tried derma rolling over the summer with .5 and .75, but I really noticed a big difference when I went to 1.0. Hands and face look much smoother and fuller. I get a big peel about five days after rolling (I use Retin A), and the after-peel result is impressive.
I have yet to try the 1.0 but really should. Thank you for sharing that info on noticing a big difference with the 1.0. Lots of love to you xoxo
You used a 1.0 on your face?
What about the under eye area?
How often did u do your face
You might want to use a numbing cream with the 1.0 one ;) I get mine off ebay as well. xo Anne
You look so beautiful!! Can you please write the name of the cream you used in the beginning. Thank you so much...
Thank you! It's a lidocaine cream called curacaine. I got mine at walgreens :) Lots of love to you xoxo
Lol...
Hi Anne-Marie! Your skin is amazing! Do you use Retin-A, or have had fillers or botox?
To sooth the skin I'd apply avene cicalfate after rolling it also helps to repair the skin ;)) I hope this helps!!! xoxo
Love all your videos so much! What mascara do you use? Do you have a video on applying eye makeup?

I don't use larger than that but if you do then I would only do the larger (above 0.5mm once a month) Hope this helps! xoxo
Thx for the info, Anne. I have seen this before & have been hesitant to try this. Now I will. You have amazing skin!
+Deborah Kardas Thank you Deborah! I have been using a dermaroller for the last couple years, it does take time to build up collagen and see results but I swear this is what makes my skin look better than if I didn't use it. Let me know what you think if you try it. xo Anne
Your skin is gorgeous without makeup! I'm going to have to try this...
Thank you so much!!! Lots of love xoxo
Thank you, Anne. Very informative. I wasn't sure how hard to press so I appreciate you including that detail. Penny
Lots of love to you!!! xoxo
@@BeautyByAnneMarie the Nivea? I think I've missed something here.
I hope this helps! xoxo
+Beauty By Anne-Marie Thank you for taking the time to reply xx
You're stunning😊. Can you use retinal serum after rolling, or is that too strong right away??
Thank you! Yes, you can apply retin a or retinols right after. It's a great time to apply them. Lots of love xoxo
I need to know what did you use on your neck? what kind of cream or oils? your neck look amazing
Yay!!! That's great! I'm so happy you are seeing good results too, it's a great little device! Lots of love xoxo
Anne, I love your videos and I just have one question before I,start. How often should I derma roll to achieve a difference in 3 to 6 months. I would love to hear from you.
Thank you, Maria
With the 0.5 mm 1x every week or two weeks (that size builds collagen) xoxo
I just want to say that your face looks really good, will you tell me what needle inch you use?
Thank you! I use the 0.5mm once every week to two weeks. Lots of love xoxo
Sorry I'm not more help with the glycolic! xoxo
Thank you so much for making this video and providing Dr.Des and Dr.Neal's informational videos...I guess I need to place an order for a derma roller.
Thank you for watching!!! I think the derma roller is a great at home anti-aging device and highly recommend it ;) Lots of love xoxo
I hope this helps some! xoxo
Anne im not sure what year you made this
I really have not had time to read it all I work so much, but last night I went to 5 places noone has the nivea no more and I guess I have to buy the roller on line :(
I really wanted to get started but now i gotta wait for delivery of it,
I just want a good serum to use after i use it, most eye creams say do not use on broken skin .
After you use this roller, your skin is considered broken correct?
Here in Oh there telling me every1 is looking for derma rollers, lol
Xxx
Yes, the dermarollers and stamps are purchased online. I've never seen them in stores at least not yet :) Yes, you're right, it does "wound" the skin with tiny pin holes so you can apply whatever you like after. I just avoid things that sting the skin like glycolic products or some vitamin c products. Lots of love to you xoxo
Very informative. You have a new subscriber :-) You deserve loads more subscribers. Thanks for the great video
+Sarah Eaves Thank you so much Sarah! I appreciate it and welcome to my channel! I hope you enjoy my videos. xoxo Anne
I hope this helps some! xoxo Anne
I thought you had foundation on!!! Your skin is flawless 😍
Thank you! xoxo
THIS WAS A GREAT ONE....IT IS NOT AS HARD AS I THOUGHT...THANKS FOR SHARING..
What serums and in what order do you use them. I want to try this and like what you do. You are a beautiful woman.
I hope this helps some! xoxo
You look like the beautiful Donna Mills:) Thanks for the video.
+chiefamylee Hi! Thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! xo Anne
I would start out with the .25 mm in those areas personally. I hope you like it and see some good results. Lots of love to you! xoxo
Thank you Anne. I ordered one.
l??
Christina Standridge Hi, I'm not sure what you are asking? Please elaborate a bit. Lots of love xoxo
Beauty By Anne-Marie ooops. Sorry. Accident.
I tend to stick with just rubbing alcohol personally ;) xoxo
thanks so much . I felt very nervous starting so perhaps I'm abit paranoid about cleaning etc .. anyway thanks again for your prompt response !
Thanks Anne, I'm interested in getting started with dermarolling. Where did you purchase yours? Is there a particular brand you would recommend? I read that some of the cheaper versions on eBay don't have quality needles, what are your thoughts?
Love love all your video's. Been watching video's and your the only one
who has multiple ones for specific areas.I also got the.05 roller, and did
It last night 1st time.I used Humphreys alcohol free Cucumber Melon
Witch Hazel redness reducing.I did face, upper lip, neck, hands, upper chest.
I lost the pink within 2 hours.Put on my Serum Coenzyme Q10 from Timeless
And then before bed CeraVe moisture lotion fragrance free with ceramides
And hyaluronic acid. Thank you for your detailed video's that gave me courage
to try this. I am subscribed to you. I noticed you have other videos about
other things as well, sorry for so long note.Your a keeper, already told a few people
about you!😘
Thank you so very much!!!!
I hope this helps some! xoxo
Anne, are you being sponsored by any of the companies whos products you use? Just curious.........
No, not sponsored at all. Sometimes they give me a discount code which I use to make my purchases and also my viewers can use. xoxo
Good video. Defenately going to try the derma roller. Thanks x
Thank you! I would recommend it...I really think it's the best at home anti-aging device :)) xoxo
I have watched so many of your video's. I've learned so much from you. TFS your knowledge with us. I've created a beauty journal filled with notes from all your video's. 💖
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! That means a lot to me! xoxo
Thank you Anne!!! You're an awesome instructor and a beautiful lady!!! I enjoy all your videos!
Thank you so much!!! Lots of love xoxo
Lots of love xoxo
this is something i have seen before so glad you done this video and gave us more information
+dvoted4life Hi! Thank you so much for watching. I love the dermaroller. I honestly think it's the best at home device for skin (that I have ever tried anyway). It does take time to see results though. xo Anne
Hi Anne Marie😍
Great Video! Thank you😘
Do you use the Pillow Plump on your lips every night or just the 2 nights you dermo roller the lips?
Obviously it works because you keep looking better and better each and every time......MINDY
Thank you hun!!! Lots of love to you xoox
I really want to try this for my lips. Does it hurt? Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Chrissy
+Regain Your Confidence The smaller 0.25 doesn't really hurt, but if you did the 0.5 or larger it probably would a bit. I use the numbing cream on my lips before I roll them which helps a lot! I do think it is helping my lips to be fuller :) xo Anne
Thank You Anne :)
+Fioneenacockeen Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! xoxo Anne
Hi Anne! What do you put on your hands after dermarolling them?
Hi! I put my anti aging face products on them (usually either a vitamin a product or growth factor product or a peptide product all of which help to build collagen). I also love the strivectin volumizing hand cream! Lots of love xoxo
Beauty By Anne-Marie thanks for the quick response ! Love you!!! 💋
Love your hair ! Do a video on your cut color and hair care!!
Thank you so much! I do have several on my hair and have a playlist of hair related videos (if you click my channel name then playlists and scroll through them you should see it). Lots of love to you xoxo
Beauty By Anne-Marie Thank you ! I'll be sure to check those out!
You look even YOUNGER in your 2017 video! Is this your entire beauty regimine? (Do you get professional fillers also?)
Thank you!!! No, I don't have any fillers, botox or facial surgery. I use my dermaroller and topical products to try and anti-age. Lots of love xoxo
I hope this helps! xoxo
Hi, I watched a few videos of a woman who actually bleeds when she does the derma rolling, is that necessary for good results?
Thank you sweetie!!! xo Anne
Thanks for the great video! Could I still used my Retin A after rolling?
Thank you! Yes, I use retin a after rolling and it's fine. Lots of love xoxo
How long does it take to see results from this ? And can I use any moisturizer after I've done this?
I really like the zgts ones amzn.to/2tJ3bS1 (that's a 0.5mm size) and amzn.to/2tM7CeS is a 0.25 size. xoxo
Thanks. Also can I buy in store or do I have to order the product?
I have never seen them in stores and order mine online. Skin Deva (.com) has a .5mm and if you find my video on increasing skin care product absorption that I did a month ago I have links to some of the smaller .25 mm dermarollers in the description box of that video :) xoxo
This was informative and helpful. Thanks. Just starting derma rolling and hope to make a video for my channel on it ❤️
I'm so glad you found it helpful! Lots of love xoox
Yes, you can apply any type of skin care you want after rolling. I love using natural oils on the skin. xoxo
I just recieved my derma wand in the mail this afternoon. I'm a little nervous to use it..thank you for getting back to me so soon. Love your videos.
After I'm done derma rolling my face. Can I use coconut oil to moisturize my skin. ?
Yes, absolutely!!! Lots of love xoxo
Good question. xoxo
Probably not an issue as long as you don't have product on it!
Hey beautiful thanks alot for this video please tell me can i apply rosehip oil after derma rolling on my face??
Yes, you can! Lots of love xoox
Look of my skin can be so inconsistent...I do not even get it sometimes...I have days when my face looks fuller and than ones when it just sags..and the same goes for the lips..craazy
How about any of those facial devices...massagers....what is your intake on that?
I think my skin looks so much better when I use it then when I didn't ;)
Your makeup sounds pretty I bet you look gorgeous in it!!!
On the occasions when I get more (7-8) I think my skin looks better ;)
Have a great day!
Beauty By Anne-Marie thank you so much......bye love u
I hope this helps! xoxo
Where did you get your derma roller can you provide a link?
+Nicole Rod Hi Nicole! I got my last one at SkinDeva.com it is $9.99 and they let me have a 15% off discount code for all my viewers (BEAUTYBYANNE). I do not get paid at all this is just something nice that they are offering for my viewers. xoxo
+Nicole Rod the link is skindeva.com/
If you use it to much and you break down the collagen, can you repair this, and how would you know if you have broken down the collogen
Hi I was wondering where you purchased your derma rollers? thank you
+Victoria Binding Hi Victoria! The last one I purchased just a few weeks ago was from Timeless skin care website ($8.99!) and before that I purchased them from Amazon or Ebay (I replace mine every 9-12 months). I hope this helps! xo Anne
What number do you suggest for beginners? Thank you so much for your help.. God bless
Lots of love to you! xoxo
Thank you so much for the reply!! I'm looking to buy retin A but I don't know where to get it.. Do you know a trustful place to buy it?
The only website I know of to buy it is on the Premier Look website. I've purchased from them before and have been happy with them. Hope this helps! xoxo
Beauty By Anne-Marie I thought premier look stopped selling retin a? Are they selling it again?
I know it's not polite to ask a lady her age but could you just tell me if you are in your 50's or 60's? I'm in my 60's and am going to try derma rolling for the first time. Thank you
I'm in my 50's and it's never too late to start dermarolling. I have several newer dermarolling videos you might like as well. xoxo
Thank you!
Thank you. I hadn't thought about using it in my hands 😘
It works great on the hands and has really improved mine. xoxo
