I've already been through those kinds of treatment many years before at my 20s. In Vietnamese they call it somehow can be translated as: "cut the pimples" lol. Clients must call to book the spa in advance and every sections only last 1 hour no matter how severe your skin condition is. They dont try to squeeze all the pimples in just once. So you have to come back at least every week/month until your skin totally "clean". Of course the course of treatment is not only pimples popping. They wash your face thoroughly, use the face steamer, electrophoresis technique to help your skin easily absorb the vitamin C, serum....all kind of essence that best for acne skin, to reduce not only pimples but also dark spots/bruises. They also consult very carefully about daily routine to take care of your skin. In the other hand, clients must also obey their treatment strictly and patiently. Then the result will never let you down. Me and my friends who follow this treatment all get from good to perfect skin now. If your skin after acne have scars or too rough, you can follow another course to regenerate skin.

I’m so sad I have to confess, once when queuing for a slide at the swimming pool the guy in front of me had unbelievably amazing blackheads on his back and I didn’t even realise that I had my hands out going to squeeze when my partner dragged me back! I couldn’t believe I nearly popped a poor stranger but they looked so tempting! I know it’s wrong and I’m warped and twisted but I know you lot watching with me will understand! My fella thinks I’m a loony! 😱🤪🤯😏🤣🤣
I understand, when I found out my best friend had a "dilated pore of winer" on her back I was ecstatic! I still haven't quite let it go that she would not let me touch it and saw a "proper doctor" instead. He said leave it, he isn't a dermatologist. So. As far as I know. It is still there. On. Her. And to get the next 1 she conveniently covers the One before with her thumb after not emptying it out all the way.
THIS is why Thuy is my favorite. Client was obviously anxious and in great discomfort so she worked slowly and carefully, distracted him with questions and banter, and used a soothing tone. If she had pushed and probed too much he would have been gone in a flash, never to be seen again. Thuy never treats her clients the same because they all have different needs! ❤️❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I agree that she did a great job walking the client through the process. Some people would have been irritated and impatient at the low pain tolerance and treating him like he needs to toughen up. Of course, that isn't good business or even human decency, so it's great to see some compassion. Some of those lesions seriously hurt for whatever reasons, while others just don't. I do think that probing the blackheads on the nose and stirring up the contents before trying to squeeze them out would have made less pressure necessary for extraction. Nose tissue tends to be especially sensitive, even on those with higher pain tolerances. But she does do an impressive one-handed pop, considering those usually produce uneven leverage and don't work as well. I've noticed that she'll leave pores still visibly stuffed with contents even when a client isn't in pain, but she does care more than some other technicians I've seen about the condition she leaves a person's pores in.
She is a professional, most hardworking with a gentle soul.

Your comment from long time ago...but want to ask. Never owned birds, parrot, etc but know they are very smart and observant. What do you think your parrots likes about these vids? By not using the needle to tear the skin, you lessen the chance of scarring. By attempting to extract not only the solidified oil and cells out but also the sac, you lessen the chances of the blackhead recurring. By using your fingers to remove the blackheads, you are lessening the trauma to the skin. You are the most skilled technician I have seen.

@@tutulvsu ASMR = Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's when people hear whispered sounds and feel stimulated or tingles in their scalp - the people into it are very relaxed - some youtube videos are noises like whispering, others are light scratching on a service, etc.
I enjoy both lol I always ask my man to tickle my back and when he is not in the mood and when I can't sleep I watch so many of these videos. 😂

I read in another comment that translated their conversation, they said he was 14 and his mom brought him in and she asked why he didnt try taking care of the acne by himself (like popping them on his own) and he said he was afraid of infection and so she kept trying to talk with him to distract him from his clear discomfort and went on to discuss his older brother, education and that he does not have a gf yet.
I felt so bad for the client, you could hear the pain. I’m so fortunate that as a teen I had no acne problems. TY for a thorough video.

Thuy's best quality is her ability to talk to her clients and sooth them , she distracts them with her soft , funny personality and allows the client to get ease and comfort and forget for a moment what is going on with the pain, not to mention she's extremely gifted and bright and is a medical student to become a Doctor. You help so many transform there skin but heal a very complex skin disease!

Я бы за такую "чистку" не то что незаплатила бы, я бы этому горе косметологу руки оторвала, по самую голову, там же все очевидно - недодавливает, капсулу не удаляет специально, ну или по незнанию ( в чем я сильно сомневаюсь), а так, с такой чисткой работы не початый край, да и чистит одной рукой, это как бл.дь? Там то по сути, личико распарить, все почистить правильно, перекисью промыть, подсушить и масочку сужающую поры... и все парень, иди!!!

This guy breaths hard while I would be crying and screaming. This man has a very strong paint tolerance, I am impressed by most of the people on these videos.
they arent actually stabbing into the skin, they're stabbing into the hard surface of the blackhead which has no nerves in it to be able to squeeze it out which doesnt hurt at all, its like putting a plastic wrap over a cup full of water, if you puncture the plastic wrap, the water is able to come out easily without it breaking the cup
the most painful thing they'd be feeling is the squeezing, but the face isnt the most sensitive part of the body so it doesnt hurt much

She does a great job but I gotta give my take haha. A lot of these were only emptied halfway 😭 Also even if they have stubborn pores, have low pain tolerance, etc all you have to do is change your technique. I've dealt with similar cases and it is hard, but you adapt to it.
I'm not saying this was a poor job, she does great work and I know the job is never going to be perfect on anyone, I just wanted to throw in my take. These cases are where q tips can make a huge difference.

They do use one. You said yourself...key word...BEFORE. So what makes you think these people don't? Ask your dermatologist if sometimes the steam doesn't help.....inquiring minds here wanna know what the answer is. 😒
Thuy has a 7 step treatment. First step is cleansing and steam. Second are the extractions. Then there are 5 more treatments. And at finish, topicalxantibiotic ointment is on face. Home care instructions are given. Medications as needed.
One thing that can make extractions difficult if retinoids are being used. Retinoids dry the oils and thus the dead skin cells are harder to express.
Know what’s funny? The folks in these videos from Viet Nam are so stoic. We know the removals on the end of the nose and around the lips hurt like crazy, but nobody ever utters a sound. So when someone DOES react with an intake of breath or a little noise, I’m like “Oh, suck it up you big baby!!!” 😂😂😂

I wouldn’t make it after one squeeze. I works be up an out of there and I am always amazed that 99% of these patients don’t make a sound. Job well done to this young man and Thuy who is so sweet. It must be hard for her to know she is inflicting pain when she is trying to help them.

In all honesty, the skin should have been cleaned and steamed prior to popping. That would have allowed the pops to be easier and not so much pressure on the skin that may cause bruising and scarring.

Distraction techniques that always work for me is palm stones and/or binaural beats...maybe offer head phones with 174hz tone/frequency (for pain) playing? Really does help as does distraction talk...talk about pets etc... He's doing much better than last video I saw of him. His pain tolerance has increased ☺️👍

This young man had some that were in very, very tender areas. Those ones under the nose - so hard to get, on the lip, those hurt like screaming flaming hell, the soft skin beneath the eyes, and in certain areas of the nose. Just really tender spots to do this, and she did a really nice job for him.

It was pretty cool how she was able to calm him down. Too bad it didn’t stick. I imagine there’s underlying inflammation. Those big ones that explode REALLY hurt! I remember squeezing mine while in front of the mirror, and they’d splatter on it. It was a love/hate relationship with my own acne. 😄

She barely even touched the nose and when she did she wasn't pricking very well. That was the worst area. Money not well spent if ya ask me. Seriously......I know this kinda thing isn't comfortable but its kinda low on the threshold of pain. Try tattooing your palm of your hand.....or the bottom of your foot. That hurts but still only about a 4 on my scale. I guess pain is relevant.......thats what they say anyway.

I always thought a microdermasion facial scrub was too harsh for the skin but after looking at him I feel it is necessary for some people

@@martaliebana8709 they do a whole process of “preparing or prepping” the clients skin before any treatment session. Like facial steams (to make the extraction easier is the point) sometimes astringents, sometimes serums, extracts etc. They clean the face thoroughly to get it ready before even extracting one pore. 😊we only see a 10-15min clip of what’s almost always an HOUR session. Most places don’t ever show the pre-treatment or post-treatments, nor a before & after -Hope this helps.
This client actually has fairly nice skin aside from the acne. It's not too inflamed or dry or rough. That must be easier to work with.

What self-control he must have to not squeeze them himself! 😯ETA: after reading comments from people below who understand Vietnamese, my guess is that this is the first time anyone has squeezed his blackheads, etc. in his life. Hence his low pain tolerance. Some of them are very old, and if he’s only 14, they’ve probably been there since puberty.
