One of the things I notice is different for me following your videos is I'm naturally much more likely to do inhales and exhales when you cue them. It feels natural. Because I feel more relaxed, with your gentle reminders throughout to breathe however it feels naturally, and to let go of striving and perfection. I'm getting a lot more from your videos than I've gotten from others. Thank you again.

You always make me feel so much better by telling me that I don't have to be perfect in my practice. I just need to practice. No judgement. No demands. Just peaceful movement with your gentle reminders to breathe. I do your videos every day as they bring me peace and harmony. Xie xie, Dr. Potts. ☯❤

Awesome movement. I have 2 questions: What would be the one movement you would recommend doing over and over again for maximum benefit (is there even one at all? I wonder). And this can go out to the chat and viewers but as well as the producer of the content (both questions can be answered by anyone frankly): When was the last time you were sick? I'm aware of the studies and all but how has this helped you people with your not getting sick and so on. Fellow worker has covid right now and I am wondering upon the subject right now. Thanks for the workout.
