it can grow up faster, just feed them tubifex worm until 3" and then change it to small fish like guppy fry or tilapia fry, it can goes to 7,5-8" only in 3 months ( i've been tried this on monoculus, temensis and pinima even can grow faster )

Love it my favorite fish for sure had five over my time in hobby and will only get them again go big or stay home the video was awesome especially the end momma bass hard to do indoors
Had one of these fish awhile back when i had an aquarium. Had to get rid of them cause of their frorocius eating behavior. Not only did it out eat the other predator fish, one day i woke up to find one of the fish half his size lodge down its throat with the tail sticking out.
Not anymore.. but he has killed I think 5 to 6 tank mates in the passed. He’s fine now until he starts breeding with the 24k Kelberi bass. Then he messes with others a little bit.

I have a stingray with my bass as well and I’ve always fed them every other day with no issues.

Just make sure your peacock is big enough not to fit in RTC mouth and feed RTC in time
